Repair of Equipment. The Lessee will, at the Lessee's own expense, keep the Equipment in good repair, appearance and condition, normal and reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Lessee will supply all parts that are necessary to keep the Equipment in such a state.
Repair of Equipment. Where work is to be done (on the job or in Contractor’s yard) such as to operate, setup, or repair engines, equipment or boilers, said work or repairs shall be done by members of Local Union #139, or authorized dealers (warranty work only). The operator of that equipment shall be in attendance, at his/her regular rate of pay, repairing or assisting in the repair, or otherwise employed during the normal productive period except in shops where full time Operating Engineer mechanics are employed.
Repair of Equipment. 6.1 If Security Equipment is damaged, fails to operate or requires replacement, Xxxxxx Security will, if requested by the Customer, and provided the repair, maintenance or replacement is reasonably possible, undertake such repair and maintenance of the Security Equipment as necessary to rectify the damage, correct the failure or replace the relevant parts.
6.2 Xxxxxx Security will bear the costs of undertaking the work if there is a warranty applicable under this Agreement or at law.
6.3 Where clause 6.2 does not apply, the Customer must pay Xxxxxx Security’s rates as set by Xxxxxx Security acting reasonably from time to time for any repair, maintenance, supply and installation undertaken by Xxxxxx Security. Xxxxxx Security will issue an invoice to the Customer for any payment due by the Customer to Xxxxxx Security.
Repair of Equipment. The Lessor shall be responsible for all regular maintenance and normal repairs of the Equipment.
Repair of Equipment. 5.1.1 It shall be quoted the supply of overall repair of units for the year subsequent to the end of the warranty, with pricing in the form of an annual value. The values of repair by unit (by board) shall also be quoted, in case no option is made for the overall repair. The unit repair price shall be a percentage of at most 20% of the unit value, related to the supply date. This rule shall be kept for at least eight years after the warranty period. Ericsson answer: does not comply with the specification. The service after the end of the warranty shall be made through an occasional new agreement of "Hardware Support" to be executed between the parties. In case Telemig chooses for not using a Hardware Support Agreement, the service will be made of "repair on demand", which value will be defined individually and will be quoted upon request of the Contracting Party, on a case-by-case basis.
5.1.2 BIDDER shall keep the service of repair and supply of spare units for at least ten years after the end of implementation of the supplied equipment. Amazônia Celular S.A. / Telemig Celular S.A. Ericsson commits to keep support services during the whole Maintenance Cycle of the product in question until the definition of its Support End. This date will be previously informed to the customer and, after such date, support services will be offered as possible or while the inventories of parts and pieces last.
5.1.3 The term for return of the units in repair shall be:
5.1.3.1 National units: at most thirty days from the date of dispatch. Ericsson answer: does not comply with the specification. The time for replacement of national units is of 60 days.
5.1.3.2 Imported units: at most 60 days from the date of dispatch. Ericsson answer: does not comply with the specification. The time for replacement of imported units is of 90 days.
Repair of Equipment. 8.1 Except in emergency situations, the Collocator-owned fiber optic facilities and Central Office terminating equipment will be repaired only upon the request of the Collocator. In an emergency, AT&T-13STATE may perform necessary repairs without prior notification. The labor rates specified in Section 12.4.17 apply to AT&T-13STATE Central Offices and AT&T-13STATE CEVs, huts and cabinets and are applicable for all repairs performed by AT&T-13STATE on the Collocator’s facilities and equipment.
8.2 When initiating repair requests on Collocator owned equipment, the Collocator must provide AT&T- 13STATE with the location and identification of the equipment and a detailed description of the trouble.
8.3 Upon notification by the Collocator and availability of spare parts as provided by the Collocator, AT&T- 13STATE will be responsible for repairing the Virtually Collocated equipment at the same standards that it repairs its own equipment.
Repair of Equipment. 8.1 Except in emergency situations, the LEVEL 3-owned fiber optic facilities and central office terminating equipment will be repaired only upon the request of LEVEL 3. In an emergency, SBC-13STATE may perform necessary repairs without prior notification. In such an event, SBC-13STATE will notify LEVEL 3 as soon as practicable after completing such repairs or if Level 3’s assistance is required to complete repairs. The labor rates specified in Section 12.4.17.2.2 apply to SBC-13STATE central offices and SBC-13STATE CEVs, Huts and Cabinets and are applicable for all repairs performed by SBC-13STATE on LEVEL 3’s facilities and equipment.
8.2 When initiating repair requests on LEVEL 3-owned equipment, LEVEL 3 must provide SBC-13STATE with the location and identification of the equipment and a detailed description of the trouble.
8.3 Upon notification by LEVEL 3 and availability of spare parts as provided by XXXXX 0, XXX-00XXXXX will be responsible for repairing the Virtually Collocated equipment at the same standards that it repairs its own equipment.
Repair of Equipment. A Purchaser and its Related Parties shall be entitled to have AEI repair any Equipment at one hundred ten percent (110%) of AEI's cost to repair such Equipment; provided that any replacement parts required in connection with making such repairs shall not be subject to the one hundred ten percent (110%) mark-xx, but shall be subject to the mark-xx provided in Section 8(e).
Repair of Equipment. As stated in Paragraph labeled “Damage or Loss to Equipment”, LESSEE shall immediately notify LESSOR in writing of any loss of or damage to the Leased Equipment. Upon receipt of any such notice of damage or loss, XXXXXX will provide written instructions to LESSEE authorizing necessary repairs, at the LESSEE’S expense, and designating a facility to make the repairs. LESSEE will not make any repairs to the Leased Equipment without the express written authorization of LESSOR.
Repair of Equipment. BCF will carry out a service of all Equipment on an annual basis during the Agreement as part of the Services. This will be provided at the Customer’s request and on the Customer’s premises or by way of return to our Service Centre during BCF’s normal working hours. Service outside these hours will be provided at BCF’s discretion and subject to availability of staff and will be charged at the appropriate premium ‘on call’ charge rate. Any replacement parts will be charged at BCF’s then current prices.
