PST. If your request for a Standard transfer is received by the Credit Union on a day that is not a Business Day or on a Business Day after the established cut-off hour, we will not process your request until the next Business Day.
PST. This Section 1.4 of Exhibit D applies to supplies of Licensed Applications made by You, through Apple Canada, as agent, to end-users in the provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island and any other province that has or that adopts a PST. You acknowledge and agree that Apple Canada will charge, collect and remit applicable PST on sales of Licensed Applications made to end-users in these provinces by Apple Canada on Your behalf.
PST. (a) Project Co will be required to register with the Ministry of Finance as a consumer under The Provincial Sales Tax Act (Saskatchewan) (the “PST Act”). Project Co will provide to the Authority evidence that Project Co and all Project Co Persons that will be consuming or using tangible personal property in the Province and/or bringing tools and equipment into the Province in the course of performing the Design, Construction or Services are resident in the Province of Saskatchewan or have maintained a permanent place of business in Saskatchewan for at least 12 months preceding the date of the Agreement or have deposited payment security with the Ministry of Finance in accordance with Section 29(1) of the PST Act.
(b) In the event that the Authority is or becomes obligated, in connection with this Agreement, to collect from Project Co and remit any amounts in respect of PST, then Project Co shall pay such amounts to the Authority within thirty (30) days of receipt by Project Co of an invoice for such amounts containing the information required by the applicable legislation. Project Co acknowledges and agrees that any amounts paid by Project Co to the Authority pursuant to this Agreement (including payments in kind in the form of property or services) are exclusive of PST (as applicable).
(c) If Project Co fails to provide evidence satisfactory to the Authority, acting reasonably, that all Project Co Persons are resident in the Province of Saskatchewan, have maintained a permanent place of business in Saskatchewan for at least 12 months preceding the date of the Agreement or have deposited appropriate security as provided in Section 10.5(a), the Authority will be entitled to withhold and retain from the Construction Period Funding, an amount equal to the tax imposed by the PST Act in respect of the tangible personal property consumed or used pursuant to or in the performance of the Agreement. Upon:
(1) the issuance of the Certificate of Service Commencement for the last School to achieve School Service Commencement; and
(2) Project Co delivering to the Authority a clearance certificate from the Ministry of Finance evidencing that Project Co and all Project Co Persons have paid all required PST amounts, the Authority shall release and pay to Project Co, without interest or deduction, the relevant amounts so withheld and retained.
PST. (a) Unless any Seller Party delivers on or before Closing:
(i) a certificate (a “PST Clearance Certificate”) issued by the Minister of Finance of British Columbia (“Finance Minister”) under Section 187 of the Provincial Sales Tax Act (British Columbia) (the “PST Act”) to the effect that all requisite taxes collectable and payable under the PST Act by Cypress ULC have been paid, or evidence that Cypress ULC has entered into an arrangement satisfactory to the Finance Minister for the payment of such taxes; and
(ii) a certificate (a “SST Clearance Certificate”) issued by the Finance Minister under Section 99 of the Social Service Tax Act (British Columbia) (the “SST Act”) to the effect that all requisite taxes collected by Cypress ULC have been paid, or evidence that Cypress ULC has entered into an arrangement satisfactory to the Finance Minister for the payment of such taxes, then the Canadian Purchaser shall be entitled to withhold from the Canadian Purchaser Closing Consideration payable to Cypress ULC an amount equal to CDN$1,000,000 (the “Withholding Sales Tax Amount”). The Withholding Sales Tax Amount shall be held in trust on the conditions set out in this Section 3.6 and the escrow agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit L (the “Sales Tax Escrow Agreement”) to be entered into at Closing among the Canadian Purchaser, Cypress ULC and the Escrow Agent. For the avoidance of doubt, the Canadian Purchaser shall have no recourse against Cypress ULC in respect of the Canadian Purchaser PST Liability or the Canadian Purchaser SST Liability (each as defined below) for any amount in excess of the Withholding Sales Tax Amount withheld from the Canadian Purchaser Closing Consideration pursuant to this Section 3.6.
(b) Subject to Section 3.6(c), upon receipt by Canadian Purchaser from Cypress ULC of the PST Clearance Certificate described in Section 3.6(a)(i) and the SST Clearance Certificate described in Section 3.6(a)(ii), the Canadian Purchaser and Cypress ULC shall instruct the Escrow Agent to promptly pay the Withholding Sales Tax Amount to Cypress ULC.
(c) Upon receipt of notice by the Canadian Purchaser from the Finance Minister to the effect that the Canadian Purchaser is liable for an amount (the “Canadian Purchaser PST Liability”) pursuant to the PST Act that is the result of the Canadian Purchaser’s failure to obtain the PST Clearance Certificate described in Section 3.6(a)(i) from Cypress ULC, or upon receipt of notice by the Canadian Purchaser...
PST. All calls outside of this time frame shall be routed to the After-Hours Product Support group for diagnosis and resolution; if the call is determined to be a Severity 1 high business impact issue, the Solution Support team shall be engaged to participate in the diagnosis and resolution of the issue.
PST. Publisher acknowledges and agrees that Apple will charge, collect and remit any applicable PST on sales of eBooks made on Publisher’s behalf hereunder to end-users in Canada.

Marvell shall provide its standard product support to the Marvell Gb Phy. Intel's support will include training, support services, bug fixes, and the delivery to Marvell of all Updates and other enhancements to the Intel *****, as it pertains to the Integrated Gb Silicon.
PST. If your request for a Standard transfer is received by the Credit Union on a day that is not a Business Day or on a Business Day after the established cut-off hour, we will not process your request until the next Business Day. We may change your transfer limits at any time. Any decrease will be subject to notice, as required by law, but you agree that we may reduce your limits without prior notice upon occurrence of a Disqualifying Event, including: (i) any of your Credit Union accounts are not current or are not in good standing, (ii) you have had an overdraft, an over-limit item, or an item returned for insufficient funds with respect to any Credit Union account during the current or three prior calendar months, or (iii) you have had any prior transfer to or from a non-Credit Union account canceled, revoked, or uncompleted due to insufficient funds, revoked authorization, stopped payments, frozen accounts, or any similar reason.
