Public Involvement Plan (PIP). ‌ The CONSULTANT is responsible for creating the PIP. The PIP must include a public involvement schedule and identify potentially affected stakeholders and communities in the vicinity of the project to establish the appropriate outreach methods. This includes consideration of the demographics of the Study Area and any reasonable accommodations including, but not limited to, disabled, transit-dependent, limited English proficient, elderly, low income, or minority. As a starting point for development of a PIP, a sample template will be referred to in Part 1, Chapter 11 of the PD&E Manual. At a minimum, the PIP must include the following: • Project backgroundProject goals • Identification of elected officials and agencies • Identification of affected communities and stakeholders • Identification of media (e.g., television, radio, newspaper) for news and/or advertisement • Proposed involvement activities • Anticipated schedule of involvement activities • Methodology for collecting and responding to public comments The CONSULTANT will develop public involvement materials and submit the information to be uploaded to the COUNTY’s project website. The website will be created by the CONSULTANT and maintained by the CONSULTANT.
Public Involvement Plan (PIP). The Engineer shall prepare a draft Public Involvement Plan (PIP) for the study. The PIP shall include the approach and tools to be utilized to effectively communicate and coordinate with agencies, stakeholder groups and the general public. The PIP, in addition to traditional outreach activities, shall implement innovative approaches to engage the public through early and often interaction. The PIP is to be a living document that is amended throughout the PEL Study as necessary in order to effectively coordinate with agencies, stakeholders, and the general public. As part of the PIP, the Engineer shall recommend the number and location of planned meetings to be held. These meetings are anticipated to include, but are not limited to: • Agency coordination meetings • Stakeholder group meetings • Project Advisory Committee meetings • PEL public meetings In addition to outlining meetings, the PIP will define the following: • Educational communications tools to be developed early in the project, prior to stakeholder or public meetings to describe the PEL process and complex or new-to-Houston transportation concepts. • Innovative distribution methods for educational communications tools, such as kiosks in community centers and booths at community events. • Communications team to collaborate with other teams on concurrent Houston District PELs and the State’s Houston District Public Information Office, to assure consistent and user-friendly messaging. Team to meet at project kick-off and then twice yearly. • Surveys, both online and hard copy, and distribution/publicity methods. Electronic surveys will not be linked to The State’s hosted website, but links will be provided on hard copy materials and via QR codes. Surveys may be customized for different user groups, including commuters, trucking companies, and transit-dependent. Engineer anticipates two sets of surveys and associated compilation of responses during the study, with an average of 2,000 responses to each survey. The Engineer shall provide the following deliverable:

  • Public Involvement The NRCS State Conservationist will ensure the public is involved in the development of this State-based Prototype Agreement and participates in Section 106 review as set forth above in Section V (reference to other parties).

Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Public Information The State will comply with Government Code, Chapter 552, the Public Information Act, and 43 Texas Administrative Code §3.10 et seq. in the release of information produced under this contract.

  • Non-Public Information Except with respect to the material terms and conditions of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, the Company covenants and agrees that neither it, nor any other Person acting on its behalf, will provide any Purchaser or its agents or counsel with any information that the Company believes constitutes material non-public information, unless prior thereto such Purchaser shall have entered into a written agreement with the Company regarding the confidentiality and use of such information. The Company understands and confirms that each Purchaser shall be relying on the foregoing covenant in effecting transactions in securities of the Company.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Confidential Nature of Personnel File All documents within an employee’s personnel file are considered to be confidential and shall remain within the sole jurisdiction and purview of the Employer and employee unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement.

  • PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.
