Public Safety and Security. Cost Center shall include all Capital Charges and direct and indirect O&M Expenses for all public safety and security functions of the Airport System including, but not limited to, police services, aircraft rescue and firefighting services, emergency medical services, and other airport security and safety related services. The Public Safety and Security Cost Center shall be allocated to the Cost and Revenue Centers of the Airport System.
Public Safety and Security. The Manager shall, at the sole cost and expense of the Manager, (i) obtain, or cause to be obtained, all necessary permits, licenses and other approvals, from all Governmental Entities having jurisdiction, for the operation, maintenance, management, repair, replacement or otherwise improving of the Xxxxx Port Public Roadway or any part thereof, (ii) provide, or cause to be provided, appropriate security and safety services with respect to all aspects of the maintenance, repair, replacement, operation and use of the Xxxxx Port Public Roadway, (iii) maintain, or cause to be maintained, all equipment required to ensure public safety and security, (iv) within thirty (30) days after the commencement of the Term, develop a safety and security plan with respect to operation and use of the Xxxxx Port Public Roadway, and (v) engage with the City from time to time in a timely manner for the City’s provision in accordance with law and the Operation and Maintenance Agreement of customary fire, police and safety services in relation to the operation and use of the Xxxxx Port Public Roadway; provided that, (x) any such obligation may be satisfied on behalf of Manager through performance by a Service Provider under an Operator Subcontract or Service Contract, provided that the Manager shall be and remain primarily responsible for the performance of any such obligation, including without limitation, any deficiency in performance of the obligation by a Service Provider, and the Port Authority shall be entitled to enforce the Manager’s obligation and make a claim directly against the Manager for any deficiency in the Service Provider’s performance, (y) any safety and security plan developed with respect to the operation and use of the Xxxxx Port Public Roadway may be included as part of a broader plan developed with respect to the Development, including without limitation, operation and use of the Village Roadway Property, and may reasonably anticipate the performance by the City of customary fire, police and health and safety services to the extent applicable to operation and use of the Xxxxx Port Public Roadway. A copy of that safety and security plan shall be made available to the City and the Port Authority; provided that, so long as the entire safety and security plan is available for review by the Authorized City Representative and the Authorized Authority Representative, portions of the copy of the plan delivered to the City and the Port Authority may be redacted to ...
Public Safety and Security. ICOM shall have the right to interrupt or terminate any event for the purpose of security or public safety. In such event, User waives any all claims for damages or compensation from ICOM arising from or related to such interruption or termination. In the interest of public safety and security, ICOM shall at all times have exclusive control of the Facilities and may, at any time, access and inspect property of User located in or about the Facilities. ICOM shall have the sole right to take custody of any article or thing left in the Facilities by persons attending any event conducted in the Facilities, and neither User nor any person in User’s employ shall collect, or interfere with the collection or custody of, such articles. Any food or beverage or food or beverage containers not purchased through the Facilities may be confiscated and disposed of summarily. If User, its employees or agents fail, neglect or refuse to remove its property or vehicles from the Facilities or related parking lots, loading areas and driveways promptly upon cancellation, termination or expiration of rights under this Agreement, whichever is sooner, then said property shall be deemed abandoned and ICOM shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, to place in storage or otherwise to dispose of any such property at the sole cost and expense of User. Under no circumstances will pyrotechnics of any kind be allowed within the Facilities, regardless of whether User obtains the relevant permits from the Fire Department. Ingress/Egress – All articles, exhibits, fixtures, materials, displays, staging, lighting and sound equipment of User shall be brought into or taken out of the Facilities at the time and place designated by ICOM from time to time.
Public Safety and Security. The Principal Contractor must ensure that notices and signs are conspicuously displayed at the entrance and along the perimeter fence indicating “No Unauthorized Entry”, “Visitors to report to office”, “helmet and safety shoes” etc. Health and safety signage must be well maintained throughout the project.
