Publication of project results. CEPI encourages Awardee’s timely publication of Project Data and other Project Results in scientific literature. With regard to pre-clinical studies, the Parties agree that Awardee shall be required to publish (i) correlate of protection data no later than [***] after the date of submission of such data to the relevant regulatory authorities; and (ii) the results of the NHP and mosquito studies no later than [***] after the date of the final report for such studies. No less than [***] prior to submission of any such proposed publication, Awardee shall submit such publication to CEPI for review. In the event that CEPI has any comments on the proposed publication, Awardee shall cooperate with CEPI in good faith to incorporate CEPI’s comments prior to publication. All such publications (other than publications that relate exclusively to the Awardee-Funded Study) shall include a statement that the work was “funded in whole or in part by CEPI and EU Horizon 2020.” With respect to publications relating to clinical trials other than the Awardee-Funded Study, Awardee shall credit where appropriate the country in which the clinical trials were performed and make the results of such clinical trials available to the relevant country’s Ministry of Health or equivalent. In the event CEPI wishes to publish any Project Results, CEPI shall submit such proposed publication to Awardee for review no less than [***] prior to submission for publication and if, within [***] after receipt of such proposed publication, (i) Awardee notifies CEPI of specific content in such proposed publication that constitutes Trade Secret Information or Confidential Information within Awardee Background IP, then CEPI shall remove such specific content from the proposed publication, or (ii) Awardee notifies CEPI that there is patentable subject matter contained in such proposed publication, CEPI shall delay submission of the proposed publication for a reasonable period of time requested by Awardee, not to exceed [***]. Publication of project results. 31.1 The PARTIES may jointly publish a part or entirety of the PROJECT RESULTS upon the end of the RESEARCH PROJECT. Co-authorship should follow best practices.
31.2 Each PARTY may publish a part or entirety of the PROJECT RESULTS by itself with a prior consultation with the other PARTY.
31.3 When a PARTY publishes a part or entirety of the PROJECT RESULTS pursuant to Article 31.2 within one (1) year from the fiscal year on which the RESEARCH PROJECT ends, the PARTY must consult with the other PARTY and submit “Notice of Publish” pursuant to Form No. 16 at least thirty (30) days prior to the publication. However, if the PARTY shows reasonable grounds to the other PARTY, this Article 31.3 does not apply.
Publication of project results. 28.1 The PARTIES shall jointly publish the contents of the RESEARCH PROJECT and RESEARCH RESULTS upon the end of the RESEARCH PROJECT, except for CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION specified in Article 27.
28.2 Each PARTY can publish a part or entirety of the RESEARCH RESULTS by itself with a prior approval from the other PARTY, except for CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION specified in Article 27.
28.3 In prior to the publication pursuant to Article 28.1 or 28.2, PARTIES shall consult with each other with respect to the matters such as contents and means of the publication.
28.4 When COLLABORATOR publishes a part or entirety of the RESEARCH RESULTS pursuant to the provisions in Article 28.2 within five (5) years from the fiscal year on which the RESEARCH PROJECT ends, COLLABORATOR shall notify JOGMEC with respect to the contents of such publication.
Publication of project results. 10.1 The project results shall be made known as soon as possible. This includes implementation of the dissemination measures and dissemination plans that are specified in the Contract between the Research Council and the Project Owner.6 5 The parties should list the project results to which this applies.
Publication of project results. COMMISSIONCFCOC and its subcontractor(s) shall have the right to publish or publicly disseminate research data and research results collected, received or developed hereunder. With prior consent of HCA, COMMISSIONCFCOC may submit proposed publications to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors in accordance with HCA published filing schedules. In all other instances, COMMISSIONCFCOC and its subcontractor(s) shall submit to HCA thirty (30) days prior to submission for publication a copy of all proposed publications or papers disclosing data, data summaries or data vignettes, collected, received or developed hereunder. In the event HCA determines that the publication or paper contains research subject identifiers or other information that may lead to the identification of a participant, HCA shall immediately notify COMMISSION, and COMMISSIONCFCOC within five (5) business days, and CFCOC shall remove the identifying information prior to submission for publication or public dissemination. In addition, HCA may provide comments and suggestions regarding the publication or paper, and COMMISSIONCFCOC will give such comments and suggestions due consideration. In the event HCA does not provide comments or suggestions, or does not provide notice to COMMISSIONCFCOC as described herein, COMMISSIONCFCOC shall be free to publish or publicly disseminate such publications or papers. For purposes of this Section VII, the term "publication," or any derivation thereof, shall include the public dissemination of information via any medium, whether oral or written, including but not limited to books, magazines, newspapers, scientific journals, other periodicals, television, radio, presentations at conferences and symposiums, electronic mail, and internet postings. Additionally, the term "public dissemination," or any derivation thereof, shall mean the transmission of research data to any party other than HCA, COMMISSIONCFCOC or COMMISSION'sCFCOC’s subcontractor(s), and their employees, who are subject to the confidentiality provisions as set forth in Section IV above.. of this MOU.
Publication of project results. 10.1 Pursuant to the Norwegian Act relating to Universities and University Colleges of 1 April 2005, it is not allowed to agree upon the Project Results being kept permanently secret and unpublished. The Project Results shall be published, normally through publication in scientific journals, professional meetings and conferences, non-academic articles and the like.
10.2 Given that the conditions stipulated in Section 10.4 have been met, Consortium Participants are entitled to publish their own results from Sub-projects when such publication does not in any way impair the ability of the other Consortium Participants to utilise their own results. Necessary protection measures to safeguard the capacity for commercial utilisation prior to publication must be put into place if at least one Consortium Participant so requests. Plans for publication shall be submitted via the project manager to the consortium steering committee by the party that has produced the result. Consortium Participants have a deadline of 30 days from the date on which the publication notification was issued to request postponement of publication in order to implement the necessary protection measures. The deadline for registering patents will normally be another 90 days after a Consortium Participant has submitted a request for postponement.1 Consortium Participants, Affiliated Participants and subcontractors – also any partner that has withdrawn from this Consortium under Section 9.2.1 or 9.2.2 – are under obligation to refrain from disclosure of any confidential information which they have received from other Consortium Participants. Confidential information shall not be revealed to others or published without prior written consent from the steering committee and the rightsholders. This provision does not preclude the sharing of confidential information with the Research Council in connection with reporting requirements under the contract, or with the authorities and/or the courts, pursuant to current legislation. In this project, the question of confidentiality is relevant first of all to Part 1, subclause II of the project description: “Elucidate the potential for additives that can mitigate CH4 emissions from ruminants”. Other information or results that a partner needs to keep as confidential beyond the 90 days provided for in Sections 8.1.3 must be clearly marked as such when transmitted between partners. Publication of project results. Unless otherwise stipulated below, the Project Owner is required to make the project results public as quickly as possible. This includes ensuring that the dissemination measures and plans specified in the contract are implemented. If publication of project results will interfere with the protection or commercial utilisation of the project results, the publication may be temporarily postponed until such protection or commercial utilisation has been achieved. In special cases, the Research Council may give its written consent to the imposition of permanent secrecy on the project results. This does not apply to projects with participants from the university and university college sector, as it is in contravention of the Act relating to universities and university colleges. Research-generated data must be made publicly available after the conclusion of the project, unless special circumstances indicate otherwise, or unless this is prevented by the terms and conditions of the contract or other public rules. The Project Owner shall ensure that all scientific publications about or based on project results that are written by authors affiliated to the Project Owner or the partners, are published in accordance with the Research Council’s requirements for such publications at all times, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/en/Adviser-research-policy/open-science/apen-tilgang-til- publikasjoner/. Among other things, this means that scientific articles shall be made immediately available online with open access under a Creative Commons Navngivelse CC BY 4.0 licence unless otherwise agreed with the Research Council.
Publication of project results. 10.1 Project results shall be published as rapidly as possible. Among other things, the dissemination measures and communication plans specified in the contract between the Research Council and the host institution shall be implemented.
10.2 Given that the conditions stipulated in Sections 10.3 and 10.4 have been met, consortium participants are entitled to publish their own results when such publication does not in any way impair the ability of the other consortium participants to protect or utilise their own results. If one of the parties is a university or university college:
10.3 In the event that project results are produced by an employee in an academic position at a university or university college, the Act relating to universities and university colleges places restrictions on the postponement of publication. The board of the institution (or its authorised representative) may consent to a postponement of publication when there is a legitimate reason to do so. Permanent restrictions on the right to publish results over and above those laid down in legislation or pursuant to legislation may not be agreed upon or stipulated. Results may not be published if doing so will disclose company secrets.
Publication of project results. The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. Either Party may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement, except that Partner agrees not to publish Data that NASA considers to be “Sensitive But Unclassified,” as defined in NASA Interim Directive 1600.55. The Parties will coordinate publication of Project Results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

The XXX PhD studies alone are expected to result in X-XX scientific peer reviewed publications, and two PhD theses publications. In addition, the results will be published in popular magazines. The project will present results at workshops, seminars, at international conferences, and at established national conferences, e.g. NAME OF A CONFERENCE, MEETING/SEMINARS etc.).
