Purpose and Extent. The Grantor is fee simple owner of the Easement Area and is committed to preserving and protecting the natural resources in the Easement Area and to maintaining it free from any development or other use. This Conservation Easement assures that the Easement Area will be perpetually preserved in its predominantly natural condition for the retention, protection, availability, maintenance, and enhancement of its natural and scenic value.
