2.2. This SCoC lays out the minimum standards concerning sustainability rules and regulations required by the Company, that all Suppliers must comply with for the entire duration of the business relationship between the Parties.

The Supplier undertakes to comply with the provisions of the SCoC, as amended from time to time, in relation to the performance of its obligations arising from the Agreement and in its relations with the Company. Purpose and subject matter of this Agreement
1.1 Under this Agreement, the User will be provided with postal services specified in the General Business Terms and Conditions for Contractual Clients – Parcel Consignments (hereinafter referred to as “the GBTCfPs”). 1.2 Unless this Agreement expressly stipulates otherwise, the rights and duties of the Parties result from the GBTCfPs.
1.3 Unless it is expressly agreed otherwise in this Agreement, the rights and duties under the postal contract entered into by posting of a consignment follow from the Pricelist and from the provider’s Postal Terms and Conditions specified in subclause 1.1 (hereinafter referred to as “the Pricelist” and “the Postal Terms and Conditions”) valid as of the posting date.
1.4 The current versions of the GBTCfPs, the Pricelist, and the Postal Terms and Conditions are available on the Provider’s website. The User confirms that he made himself acquainted with the content and meaning of the GBTCfPs, the Pricelist, and the Postal Terms and Conditions, that he received a satisfactory explanation of the content of the documents, and that he expressly agrees with their wording. The Provider will provide the User with information about changes of the GBTCfPs, the Pricelist, and the Postal Terms and Conditions including information about the effective date of such changes, at least 30 days before the effective date of such changes, by publishing such information on the Provider’s website. The User is obliged to make himself acquainted with the new wording of the GBTCfPs, the Pricelist, and the Postal Terms and Conditions.
1.5 The Provider is entitled to unilaterally change the website on which the GBTCfPs, the Pricelist, and the Postal Terms and Conditions are available, on condition that it informs the User about the change at least 30 days before the effective date of such change. The Provider is also entitled, under the same condition, to specify documents other than the GBTCfPs, the Pricelist, or the Postal Terms and Conditions that will apply and that will be provided or made available by the Provider to the User at least 30 days before the effective date of such change. 1.1 This Agreement on the Conditions for Posting International Commercial Parcel Consignments is to regulate the mutual rights and duties of both Parties ensuing from processes used to send Commercial Letter consignments (hereinafter referred to as “consignments”). Purpose and subject matter of the Agreement
3.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the framework terms and conditions applicable to any cooperation between the Parties as part of which CoD shall provide any Services to the Client.
3.2 CoD shall provide to the Client the Services on the basis of and subject to particular Services Agreements.
