Purpose of Occupancy. Tenant shall occupy and use the Leased Premises for office and warehousing, packaging and assembly purposes and for any related purpose, but for no other purpose without the written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Leased Premises shall not be used for any purpose which would violate any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or the terms of any restrictive covenant applicable to the Building, nor in any way to create any nuisance or trespass, nor in any way to violate the terms of a standard form policy of insurance or increase the rate of insurance under any such policy of insurance on the Building or the Leased Premises.

Purpose of Occupancy. Lessee will occupy the premises for the purpose of operating a Canfield Medical Supply Inc. and shall operate same in a careful, safe and proper manner and will not occupy the premises, or permit them to be occupied, for any purpose other than stated herein.

All food services must be inside the main building, or otherwise integrated into TENANT's overall All-American Golf Center theme and operation, it being the parties' intention that no food services will be permitted on pads or otherwise within the Leased Premises at a location with direct access to Sunset Road or Las Vegas Boulevard.

Purpose of Occupancy. Tenant shall occupy the Leased Premises only for use in the operation of a county court facility and for other government or government-related offices and for no other purpose without the written consent of Landlord. In addition, Xxxxxx understands that the Leased Premises is part of a multi-unit commercial property and, during that portion of the Term when Tenant is not the sole occupant of the Building, Xxxxxx agrees to conduct itself in its use of the Leased Premises in such manner as not to unreasonably interfere with the legitimate use of the Building or the Land by Landlord or other tenants.
