Purpose of the Arrangement. 1.1. OLAF and [the partner] (hereinafter referred to as the “partners”), Having regard to their common interest to: § protect the financial interests of the European Union [and the financial interests protected by the partner] by combating fraud, corruption and any other illegal activities ; Agree to cooperate within the scope of their respective mandates as set out under point 2.
1.2. This administrative cooperation arrangement (hereinafter referred to as the “Arrangement") sets out the framework for the working relationship between the partners subject to available resources. It is not intended to create any obligations under international law or European Union law, to modify any existing legal rules or to interfere with the legal frameworks governing the partners. This Arrangement does not cover mutual legal assistance.
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1 The Fabo Learning Platform (the “Fabo Platform”) has been established as a system to create and facilitate learning processes, and for member organisations (the “Fabo Mem- ber”) and registered users (data subjects) to contribute to the sharing of methodologies, experiences, learning material, etc.
2.2 If a user (data subject) on the platform registers for or subscribes to a learning site (which can contain discussion forums, interactive learning experiences, etc.), the Fabo Member who owns the content on the learning site will process personal data of this user jointly with DCA.
2.3 This Arrangement lays down the responsibilities between the Fabo Member in question here and DCA as the host for Fabo and owner of The Fabo Learning Platform as required under Article 26 pf the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). Concretely, this regards how they jointly process personal data of Learning Site Participants. These processing activities are described in Section 3.1 of this Arrangement.
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1. The purpose of the Arrangement is to provide financial support to the IOM activities in Tunisia for the implementation of the project “Youth Empowerment Project (Phase II)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Arrangement and its Annex.
2.2. The following documents form an integral part of this Arrangement:
(a) Annex A – Project Document, Work Plan and Project Budget
2.3. The duration of the Project shall be for a period of 36 months from 1 February 2022 to 31 January 2025.
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1. The purpose of the Arrangement is to provide financial support to the IOM activities in Niger for the implementation of the project “Assistance to Vulnerable and Exposed Migrants in Niger - Phase III (AVENIR III)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Arrangement and its Annex, if any.
2.2. The following documents form an integral part of this Arrangement:
(a) Annex A – Project Document, Work Plan and Project Budget; and
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1 The purpose of this Arrangement is to record the Donor’s will to provide financial assistance to UNHCR in the form of a Grant (as defined below) to support the initiative: “Ensuring safety, protection and durable solutions for vulnerable asylum seekers and refugees evacuated from Libya through the ETM Programme and other persons of concern of UNHCR in Agadez” (the “Project”), and the conditions attached to such financial assistance.
2.2 A description of the Project (“Project Description”) including project outcome and specific activities funded by the Donor pursuant hereto (the “Activities”) together with the Project budget approved by the Donor (the “Activities Budget”) are set out in Annex 2 to this Arrangement.
Purpose of the Arrangement. The mentor’s organisation recognises and acknowledges that the work is to be undertaken by a third year XXXX or BITM student whose performance should be assessed accordingly. Any matters not specified in this offer that the mentor wishes to be binding on the student, must be in a private arrangement between the student and the mentor (e.g. a contract of employment, pay rates, confidentiality agreement etc).
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1. The purpose of the Arrangement is to provide financial support to the IOM activities in Algeria for the implementation of the project “Partnership to Counter Migrant Smuggling and Human Trafficking Along the Central Mediterranean Route – PARCOURS” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Arrangement and its Annex.
2.2. The following documents form an integral part of this Arrangement:
(a) Annex A – Project Document, Work Plan and Project Budget
2.3. The duration of the Project shall be for a period of 24 months from 01 August 2021 to 31 July 2023.
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1 The purpose of this Arrangement is to record the Donor’s will to provide financial assistance to UNHCR in the form of a Grant (as defined below) to support the initiative: “Protection et assistance aux réfugiés et demandeurs d’asile dans la ville d’Agadez”(the “Project”), and the conditions attached to such financial assistance.
2.2 A description of the Project (“Project Description”) including project outcome and specific activities funded by the Donor pursuant hereto (the “Activities”) together with the Project budget approved by the Donor (the “Activities Budget”) are set out in Annex 2 to this Arrangement.
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1. The purpose of the Arrangement is to provide financial support to the IOM activities in Bangladesh for the implementation of the project “Bangladesh: Reducing Irregular Migration and Supporting Returnees & Displaced Persons” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Arrangement and its Annex.
2.2. The following documents form an integral part of this Arrangement:

2.3. The duration of the Project shall be for a period of 24 months from 01 December 2022 to 30
Purpose of the Arrangement. 2.1. The purpose of the Arrangement is to provide financial support to the IOM activities in Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso for the implementation of the project “Improving Border Management and Community Resilience towards Cross-Border Organized Crime in Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso with a Focus on the Central Mediterranean Route” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Arrangement and its Annex.
