Qualifying for Holiday Pay. (a) In order that a Regular Employee may qualify for holiday benefits the Employee must have worked the last scheduled shift prior to and the next scheduled shift following the holiday or have been on paid leave on either or both of those scheduled shifts.

Qualifying for Holiday Pay. An employee on general leave pursuant to Article 22.06 is not entitled to holiday or have been on paid leave on either or both of those scheduled shiftspay.
