Quality Assurance Representative. Novartis shall have the right, at its expense, to place a quality assurance representative in the manufacturing facilities of LecTec at all times or from time to time during the term of this Agreement as determined by Novartis. LecTec shall provide complete access to its manufacturing operations respecting the Products to such representative and shall permit such representative to conduct such inspections of materials and processes as such representative shall determine to be appropriate to assure Novartis that LecTec is at all times in compliance with the representations and warranties made in Section 8.1.
