CCTV. Our CCTV system covers all buildings and areas used for reception purposes, vehicle parking and equipment storage, plus accesses to private areas reserved for staff use. The CCTV system produces video footage of direct accesses to buildings, pitches and roads inside the campsite. The Management reserves the right to use these recordings to check the identity and authorization status of persons entering supervised areas. Recordings are kept for a maximum of two months and may be consulted on request. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act ("Loi Informatique et Libertés"), clients have the right to access and rectify stored information pertaining to them.

CCTV. If BIOSITE supply or install CCTV or related Products, it shall check that the Products are in apparent working condition at the time of supply and BIOSITE shall verify that installation performed by BIOSITE operates as expected before leaving the site. The Customer accepts the risk that such Products might nevertheless subsequently fail or might not produce the desired images because: 1.1. The Product might develop a fault that affects normal operations until it is discovered and rectified 1.2. The Product is susceptible to deliberate or accidental interference or its performance might be degraded by power or environmental conditions or by interruptions to connectivity (for examples, Hardware moved by the Customer or vandalised or connectivity compromised by poor cellular network coverage); 1.3. The nature of the site and the extent of the Hardware might cause gaps in coverage (for example, incomplete coverage caused by obstructions); or 1.4. Optimal use of the Products might be compromised by sub-optimal arrangements to monitor or act upon images (for example, difficulties contacting personnel)
CCTV. Along with crime prevention, the health & safety of all our gym users is of prime importance to us. We have recently installed new and improved cctv cameras in our gym area and have 24 hour surveillance in operation.

CCTV. The CCTV system shall be a commercially available digital video recording (DVR) based system specifically designed for use in mass passenger transportation and approved by COUNTY Project Coordinator. System specifications are as follows: i. 500GB minimum DVR storage space in a shock and vibration resistant casing. ii. All data recorded shall be time/date stamped. iii. Ability to activate an event mode/full motion recording (30 frames-per- second or greater) from impact sensor or driver button. iv. Multiple resolution recording settings. v. Audio recording synchronized with image recording. vi. Cameras shall have capture resolution of 720 x 480 or better. vii. Software allowing playback of recorded audio/video and ability to download data to alternative media or network storage. viii. Cameras, which shall be housed in low-profile, vandal-resistant housings, shall capture concurrently the following subjects: passengers, driver and driver’s front view. The system shall monitor activity whenever the shuttle is operating, recording at a slower rate during non-events and full motion during exception events designated by CONTRACTOR. COUNTY Project Coordinator shall have unrestricted access to the system upon demand. Should any shuttle’s CCTV monitoring system fail to operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, CONTRACTOR shall notify COUNTY Project Coordinator, within one-hour of discovery, the problem, applicable shuttle, and the estimated timeframe for repair. Failure to notify COUNTY Project Coordinator as required or operating a shuttle with a malfunctioning CCTV monitoring system may result in assessment of penalties as described in Attachment CSchedule of Deductions. COUNTY Project Coordinator shall retain the right to require the applicable shuttle be placed out of service until the CCTV monitoring system has been repaired.
