Rain Delays. Delays resulting from non-typical weather conditions which make it unreasonable to perform the Work in accordance with the schedule. The PM/CM may allow for up to ( ) working days to be lost due to rain delays. Rain Delays. 1. When League play is stopped because of rain, it will be considered a RAIN DELAY. It will then be decided by the majority of the members playing, whether it is to wet or dangerous (because of lightning) to continue playing. If it is decided not to play, then all matches will be forfeited for the night. If you have a team member or members leave before league is cancelled, and the league continues after a RAIN DELAY, then your team members who left, will forfeit any points they might have won if they had stayed.
Rain Delays. In scheduling the Work, Design-Builder shall allot sufficient time to account for the number of work days, by month, set forth in Article 8 herein, for which the effects of normal rainfall are expected to prevent Work.
