Rank and Promotion Committee a. The Rank and Promotion Committee recommends eligible faculty applicants for promotion and maintains procedures established to administer the Rank and Promotion policy. The recommendation of the committee will be forwarded to the Vice President of Academic Affairs. After approval, the Vice President of Academic Affairs forwards recommendations to the College President for consideration.

The agency shall not reimburse employees for travel, meals, lodging, or any expense incurred in connection with attendance at negotiating sessions.
