Salary Installments. 1. The salary as stated on the salary agreement of each faculty member employed for a full academic year shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis in twenty-six (26) approximately equal installments or twenty-seven (27) approximately equal installments in those fiscal years where there are twenty-seven bi-weekly pay periods.
2. Except for faculty members leaving the employ of the College at the end of the fiscal year, upon one month's written request by a faculty member:
a) All salary payments for pay periods subsequent to graduation shall be payable on the first pay period subsequent to graduation.
b) The College, subject to New York State audit regulations, will, upon one month's written request, make appropriate arrangements to forward faculty members' salary checks by mail. A request to forward checks by mail shall be irrevocable for the balance of the fiscal year (August 31).
Salary Installments. Employees are currently paid under a 26-pay year. Oakland Schools, the entity that provides payroll services, is in the process of converting Xxxxxxx Public Schools to a 24-pay year. The 24-pay provision shall be implemented after being advised that Oakland Schools is able to undertake the conversion to a 24-pay year.

The non-teaching professional employee is entitled to freedom in the discharge of his professional responsibilities, but should be careful not to introduce into his work controversial matters which have no bearing on his employment responsibilities.
Salary Installments. 1. The salary of each Department Chairperson shown on his/her salary agreement shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis in twenty-six (26) approximately equal installments, twenty-seven (27) in years where there are twenty-seven (27) pay periods.
2. Upon one month’s written request by a Department Chairperson, all salary payments for pay periods subsequent to the work year may be payable on the first period immediately subsequent to the work year. The College, subject to New York State audit regulations, will make appropriate arrangements to forward Department Chairpersons’ salary checks by mail. A request to forward checks by mail shall be irrevocable for the balance of the College year.
Salary Installments. The payroll date shall be the 20th of each month. In the event the 20th is a Saturday or Sunday, the payroll date shall be the previous Friday. All certified teaching personnel would have the option of receiving their salary in 9 or 12 equal installments. Salaries will be dispersed in a new contract year using the same option as the previous year unless the teacher notifies the Business Office by September 10 of a change. Personnel with an extra duty assignment will have their extra duty salary spread equally over the 9 or 12-installment option.

2. Each full-time counselor will be paid on a bi-weekly basis an amount based upon the daily rate determined using the number of work days between September 1 and August 31 and the salary shown on his/her annual salary agreement.
3. Upon one (1) month’s written request by a full-time faculty member:
a. For full-time faculty with a work year of one-hundred (170) days, all salary payments for pay periods subsequent to their last work day of the academic year may be payable on the first pay period immediately subsequent to their last work day of the academic year except as may be otherwise approved by the Center Director. For full-time faculty with a work year of one-hundred ninety-five (195) days, all salary payments for pay periods subsequent to June 30 may be payable on the first pay period immediately subsequent to June 30 except as may be otherwise approved by the Center Director. Eligibility to receive such salary payments requires the completion and submission of all required reports and records related to the faculty member’s responsibility at the Center. .
b. The Center, subject to New York State audit regulations, will make appropriate arrangements to forward members’ salary checks by mail. A request to forward checks by mail shall be irrevocable for the balance of the Employer’s fiscal year.
Salary Installments. All CTP for whom the association serves, as the exclusive representative, will receive their salary on a semi-monthly in 24 equal installments. In accordance with School Board Policy GAO. Co-curricular assignment salaries will be included in the CTP’s semi-monthly installments. All CTP are required to participate in direct deposit for salary earned.
