Receipt of Funds Transfer. Electronic Funds Transfers” are transfers of funds to your account which are not initiated by a check, draft, or similar paper instrument issued by you, but by electronic means, as further defined in Section 5 below. Any Electronic Funds Transfer made to your account will be provisional and subject to refund until final settlement occurs and we receive credit. We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept any Electronic Funds Transfer; provided it is an Electronic Funds Transfer we are not required by law to accept. See Section 5 below for additional terms and conditions applicable to Electronic Funds Transfers.

Receipt of Funds Transfer. If the credit union received a funds transfer for you or for other persons authorized to have access to your account, you agree that the credit union is not obligated to provide you with next day notice of the receipt of the funds transfer. The credit union will provide you with notification of the receipt of all funds transfers by including such items in the periodic account statements, which we provide. You may, of course, inquire between receipt of periodic statements whether or not a specific funds transfer has been received. ACH TRANSFER AUTHORIZATION I hereby electronically consent and authorize Team One Credit Union by this writing to originate an ACH debit transaction for the amount listed above from the account listed above as the “From this Account”, and to originate an ACH credit transaction for the same amount to the account listed above as the “To this Account” on the date listed above, and for the frequency indicated above, if more than once. I further understand that if I wish to revoke this authorization, I must delete the transfer that was created by the original authorization by 2:00 PM on the same day of the transfer date. As an alternative, I may also notify Team One Credit Union by email, phone, and message or in writing of my desire to revoke the authorization by 2:00 PM the same day of the transfer date. BILL PAY When you use the Team One Credit Union Bill Pay Service you authorize us to debit your designated payment account and remit payment to the payee you assign. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all payee information. We are not liable for any losses or payment delays based on inaccurate information. We cannot be responsible for any payment you establish that contains errors or is a duplicate of a previous payment. We reserve the right to select the delivery method in which we remit funds for your payment. The payments you establish through the Service may not include the payee’s standard remittance form. Please allow enough time for your payee to process your payment and credit the appropriate account. You are responsible for scheduling your payments sufficiently in advance of the intended due date. You may expedite a payment for a fee; however, once you have initiated an expedited payment it cannot be edited or cancelled.   • Funds Transfers With respect to each Instruction for a Cash transfer, when the Instruction is to credit or pay a party by both a name and a unique numeric or alpha-numeric identifier (e.g., IBAN or ABA or account number), BNY Mellon and any other bank participating in the Cash transfer will be entitled to rely solely on such numeric or alpha-numeric identifier, even if it identifies a party different from the party named. Such reliance on an identifier will apply to beneficiaries named in the Instruction, as well as any financial institution that is designated in the Instruction to act as an intermediary in such Cash transfer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties will be bound by the rules of any transfer system used to effect a Cash transfer under this Agreement.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply:

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • ACH & Wire Transfers If we provide the service, you may initiate or receive credits or debits to your account through wire or ACH transfer. You agree that if you receive funds by a wire or ACH transfer, we are not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. We may provisionally credit your account for an ACH transfer before we receive final settlement. We may reverse the provisional credit or you will refund us the amount if we do not receive final settlement. When you initiate a wire transfer, you may identify either the recipient or any financial institution by name and by account or identifying number. The Credit Union (and other institutions) may rely on the account or other identifying number as the proper identification even if it identifies a different party or institution.

  • Payment of Funds No federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid by or on behalf of the parties to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any federal agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any federal contract, the making of any federal grant, the making of any federal loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, and the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement.

  • Payment of Funds; Waiver Borrower must pay Lender the Funds for Escrow Items unless Lender waives this obligation in writing. Lender may waive this obligation for any Escrow Item at any time. In the event of such waiver, Borrower must pay directly, when and where payable, the amounts due for any Escrow Items subject to the waiver. If Lender has waived the requirement to pay Lender the Funds for any or all Escrow Items, Lender may require Borrower to provide proof of direct payment of those items within such time period as Lender may require. Borrower’s obligation to make such timely payments and to provide proof of payment is deemed to be a covenant and agreement of Borrower under this Security Instrument. If Borrower is obligated to pay Escrow Items directly pursuant to a waiver, and Borrower fails to pay timely the amount due for an Escrow Item, Lender may exercise its rights under Section 9 to pay such amount and Borrower will be obligated to repay to Lender any such amount in accordance with Section 9. Lender may withdraw the waiver as to any or all Escrow Items at any time by giving a notice in accordance with Section 16; upon such withdrawal, Borrower must pay to Lender all Funds for such Escrow Items, and in such amounts, that are then required under this Section 3.

  • Request for Transfer Unless the paraeducator and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from 14 calendar days before the first contract work day until after the 20th contract work day. A transfer will not be considered unless the paraeducator is qualified for such vacancy. All transfers shall be initiated by the receiving principal, with copies to the releasing principal or immediate supervisor and the Human Resource Services office. The principal, when making his/her decision, shall consider the following: seniority, educational qualifications, expertise and ability, prior job experience, performance evaluations, and recommendations of previous supervisors. The transfer of the paraeducator will be subject to Board approval.

  • Transfer of Funds From such funds as may be available for the purpose in the relevant Fund Custody Account, and upon receipt of Proper Instructions specifying that the funds are required to redeem Shares of the Fund, the Custodian shall wire each amount specified in such Proper Instructions to or through such bank or broker-dealer as the Trust may designate.
