ONLINE BANKING FEATURES. In addition to viewing account information, you may use Online Banking to conduct the following transactions: • Transfer funds between your linked checking, savings, money market, and loan accounts. • Place stop payment orders on checks • Xxxx Pay option available through CheckFree • View up-to-the-minute account information • View images of paid items and deposits • Communicate with us via e-mail • Account Alerts can be sent via e-mail or text message • eStatements New services may be introduced for Online Banking from time to time. First Resource Bank will notify you of the existence of these new services. By using these services when they become available, you agree to be bound by the rules that will be made available to you concerning these services. You may place stop payment orders on checks using Online Banking. When placing a stop payment order, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for all losses incurred by us due to our refusal to pay the check. You acknowledge that, under the law, there are some situations where a check can be enforced against you even though you ordered us to stop payment. In such instances, we will not be liable to you for refusing to enforce your stop payment order. We will not have a duty to stop payment until you have given us the number, the exact amount of the item and the name of the payee. In addition, we must have had a reasonable opportunity to act on your stop payment order prior to the earlier of our payment of it or one hour after the opening of the next business day after the business day we received it. The information we require you to submit in connection with your stop payment order must be exactly correct to enable our computer Online Banking to match the payment to be stopped to your stop payment order. A stop payment order on a check is effective for six months unless you renew the notice in writing within that time, in which case the stop payment order will be effective for an additional six month period. At our option, we may continue stop payment orders beyond these time periods unless cancelled by you. Stop payment orders received after regular banking hours or on a holiday shall be deemed received at the opening of business on the next business day. If we pay an item despite your timely stop payment order, the following rules will apply: (a) you will have to prove to us that you have suffered a loss and, if so, the amount of the loss; (b) we will be able to enforce any rights that the origina...

At the present time you may use the system to: – Perform account inquiries on checking, savings, certificate and loan accounts – Obtain statement transaction detail on your accountsTransfer funds between your deposit and/or loan accounts – Initiate instructions for placing a stop payment on your checking account – Initiate bill payments to any merchant or vendor you choose – Initiate EFTPS tax paymentsACH originationNo charge – $15.00 per month for inquiries – $25.00 per month for cash management services – Normal bank fees will be assessed for completed wire transfers and stop payments – Normal check fees will be assessed when check orders are processed – Commercial Cash Management features are billed per individual proposal Your account will be charged $35.00 for each stop payment order you request.

Perform account inquiries on checking, money market, savings, certificate and loan accounts. 2. Review transaction detail on your accounts, up to 482 days of history. 3. Enroll for electronic delivery of statements and documents, up to 84 months or 7 years of statements. 4. Transfer funds between deposit accounts or to make regular monthly loan payments (“Internal Transfers”). 5. Conduct Bank-to-Bank Transfers (transfers to or from accounts at other financial institutions). 6. Submit a check re-order request. 7. Send secured e-mail messages to Bank personnel. 8. Make Stop Payments. 9. Set Travel Notifications. 10. Utilize CardValet to turn your ATM or Debit Card on or off, report it lost or stolen, or set card limits. 11. Initiate bill payments to any domestic payee you choose with Pay My Bills (requires separate agreement). 12. Initiate person-to-person payments with Zelle (requires separate agreement). 13. Utilize MoneyMap for a holistic view of your financial health. The tool enables you to track your spending, monitor investments and budget more effectively (requires separate agreement).

The terms and conditions for paying bills using Online Banking, including any limitation on the amount and frequency, can be found in the German American State Bank Xxxx Pay Agreement.

  • Online Banking If Online Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Banking to:

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.
