RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA. While achieving the purposes described at point 2. your personal data will be known by the regular employees and equivalent subordinated staff of the Data Controller who act as persons authorised to process personal data. Authorised persons have been duly instructed by the Data Controller. Furthermore, your personal data will be processed by third parties. Recipients or possible categories of recipients are: a) Entities contracted, in various capacities, by the Data Controller for the performance of the contract; b) Entities providing services for the management of the IT system; c) Entities providing legal and/or fiscal consulting; d) Authorities or bodies performing supervision and control activities. Entities belonging to the abovementioned categories might act, in certain cases, in full autonomy as distinct Data Controllers and, in other cases, as processors duly elected by the Data Controller in full respect of Article 28 of the GDPR. Processors and other entrusted subjects are duly identified in the Privacy Document, which is periodically updated. Your data will not be object of dissemination in any manner whatsoever.

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA. 7.1 Data will only be shared with any third party listed in the Section 7 where it is lawful to do so. 7.2 We will check any third party that we use to ensure that they can provide sufficient guarantees regarding the confidentiality and security of your Data. We will have written contracts with them which provide assurances regarding the protections that they will give to your Data and their compliance with our data security standards and international transfer restrictions. 7.3 Your Data may be shared with partners connected to NANJIA the (“NANJIA Group”), for any of the purposes set out in this Data Protection Notice. 7.4 We may disclose your personal information to third parties, including the following: 7.4.1 service providers to NANJIA, including the Directors, Company Secretary, Manager, Investment Manager, any Sub-Investment Manager, Depositary, Transfer Agent, Registrar, professional service providers, and Custodians; 7.4.2 law enforcement agencies and governmental and regulatory bodies in Ireland and overseas, such as the Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the Central Bank of Ireland, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission, any regulatory bodies with authority over NANJIA or its service providers, fraud prevention agencies, any investor compensation scheme or financial services ombudsman; 7.4.3 courts and to any other organizations which is necessary for the administration of justice, to protect vital interests and to protect the security or integrity of our business operations; 7.4.4 other organizations and businesses who provide services to us such as debt recover agencies, back up and server hosting providers, IT software and maintenance providers, document storage providers and suppliers of other back office functions; 7.4.5 buyers and their professional representatives as part of any restructuring or sale of our business or assets, or those of our service providers; 7.4.6 Market research organizations who help us to develop and improve our products and services. 7.5 In addition, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. 7.6 No third party may access Data held by XXXXXX without having first entered into a data confidentiality agreement, which imposes on the third party obligations no less onerous than those to which XXXXXX is committed, and which gives XXXXXX the right to audit compliance with the agreement.

  • Your Personal Data 17.1. PCSIL is a registered Data Controller with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland. 17.2. In order for us to provide you with the services relating to your Account, we are required to collect and process personal data about you, Additional Cardholders and Authorised Persons, with your consent or on a legal basis to meet our obligations for Anti-Money Laundering legislation or other governmental organisation. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details secure, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide you on our behalf. Where we transfer the personal data to a third country or international organisation, we ensure this is done securely and that they meet a minimum standard of data protection in their country. 17.6. You have the right to receive information concerning the personal data we hold about you and to rectify such data where it is inaccurate or incomplete. You have the right to object to or withdraw any consent you have given for certain types of processing such as direct marketing. 17.7. Your data will be retained for 6 years after the end of the provision of services to you, where your data will be destroyed in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation. 17.8. In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by us (or third parties as described in 17.5 above), or how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and PCSIL’s Data Protection Officer. 17.9. Our Privacy Policy provides full details on your rights as a data subject and our obligations as a data controller. Please read this document carefully and ensure you understand your rights.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

  • Subrecipients when submitting financial reporting packages to DEO for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, Subpart F - Audit Requirements, or Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) and 10.650 (nonprofit and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date that the reporting package was delivered to Subrecipient in correspondence accompanying the reporting package.

  • Personal Data Registry Operator shall (i) notify each ICANN-­‐accredited registrar that is a party to the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD of the purposes for which data about any identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) submitted to Registry Operator by such registrar is collected and used under this Agreement or otherwise and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and (ii) require such registrar to obtain the consent of each registrant in the TLD for such collection and use of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

  • Passwords and Employee Access Provider shall secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the Services or to Student Data, at a level suggested by Article 4.3 of NIST 800-63-3. Provider shall only provide access to Student Data to employees or contractors that are performing the Services. Employees with access to Student Data shall have signed confidentiality agreements regarding said Student Data. All employees with access to Student Records shall pass criminal background checks.

  • Shared Personal Data This clause sets out the framework for the sharing of personal data between the parties as data controllers. Each party acknowledges that one party (the Data Discloser) will regularly disclose to the other party (the Data Recipient) Shared Personal Data collected by the Data Discloser for the Agreed Purposes.
