Recruitment, Training and Teams. Xxxxx shall recruit CSRs and other members of the Direct Sales Team meeting the profile contained in the Statement of Work and shall ensure that the Direct Sales Team at all times meets the requirements in all material respects (which shall mean that there are no adverse or detrimental effects on the Performance Standards) in terms of numbers, structure and seniority set out in the Statement of Work and the forecasted requirements of Adobe from time to time, in the terms set out in the Statement of Work. Xxxxx shall ensure that all members of the Direct Sales Team undergo and satisfactorily complete the Direct Sales Training and without prejudice to the foregoing, that the Direct Sales Team is at all times adequately trained and resourced in accordance with Adobe's reasonable requirements from time to time. Xxxxx shall monitor all CSRs and obtain training evaluations from such CSRs as detailed in the Statement of Work. Xxxxx' compliance with this provision shall not relieve Xxxxx of its obligation to achieve the Performance Standards.

Sykes Europe, Sykes Asia and Sykes US shall ensure that all members of the Services Team undergo and satisfactorily complete the Training and without prejudice to the foregoing, that the Services Team is at all times adequately trained and resourced in accordance with Adobe Benelux' and Adobe Systems' needs and reasonable requirements from time to time. Sykes Europe, Sykes Asia and Sykes US shall monitor all CSRs and obtain training evaluations from such CSRs. Sykes Europe's, Sykes Asia's and Sykes US' compliance with this provision shall not relieve Sykes Europe, Sykes Asia and Sykes US of their independent obligations to achieve Performance Standards.

Xxxxx shall ensure that all members of the ASN Team undergo and satisfactorily complete the ASN Training and without prejudice to the foregoing, that the ASN Team is at all times adequately trained and resourced in accordance with Adobe's reasonable requirements from time to time. Xxxxx shall monitor all ASN CSRs and obtain training evaluations from such ASN CSRs as detailed in the Statement of Work. Xxxxx' compliance with this provision shall not relieve Xxxxx of its obligation to achieve the Performance Standards.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • Recruitment When advertising for employees, the contractor will include in all advertisements for employees the notation: "An Equal Opportunity Employer." All such advertisements will be placed in publications having a large circulation among minorities and women in the area from which the project work force would normally be derived. a. The contractor will, unless precluded by a valid bargaining agreement, conduct systematic and direct recruitment through public and private employee referral sources likely to yield qualified minorities and women. To meet this requirement, the contractor will identify sources of potential minority group employees, and establish with such identified sources procedures whereby minority and women applicants may be referred to the contractor for employment consideration. b. In the event the contractor has a valid bargaining agreement providing for exclusive hiring hall referrals, the contractor is expected to observe the provisions of that agreement to the extent that the system meets the contractor's compliance with EEO contract provisions. Where implementation of such an agreement has the effect of discriminating against minorities or women, or obligates the contractor to do the same, such implementation violates Federal nondiscrimination provisions. c. The contractor will encourage its present employees to refer minorities and women as applicants for employment. Information and procedures with regard to referring such applicants will be discussed with employees.

  • Training Plan 19.6.1 An apprentice shall be a party to an individual Training Plan. 19.6.2 The Training Plan sets out the training that the apprentice will do both on – the – job and off – the – job. The Training Plan also sets out how the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will ensure the apprentice will receive quality training – both on – the – job and off – the – job. 19.6.3 The Training Plan reflects the choices made by the employer and the apprentice in relation to:-

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved. b. Consistent with the contractor's work force requirements and as permissible under Federal and State regulations, the contractor shall make full use of training programs, i.e., apprenticeship, and on-the-job training programs for the geographical area of contract performance. In the event a special provision for training is provided under this contract, this subparagraph will be superseded as indicated in the special provision. The contracting agency may reserve training positions for persons who receive welfare assistance in accordance with 23 U.S.C. 140(a). c. The contractor will advise employees and applicants for employment of available training programs and entrance requirements for each. d. The contractor will periodically review the training and promotion potential of employees who are minorities and women and will encourage eligible employees to apply for such training and promotion.
