Refresher. Every three years, in the event there is a Summer Academy, and in a year without a YTA conference, a 90 minute refresher will be provided to all staff. The first refresher will occur at the 2018 Summer Academy.

Refresher. In order to maintain delegation, CRPs and Consultants under Management Contract must successfully complete the following training every year: • PennDOT refresher on the Application of the PA and Cultural Resources Handbook and/or special topic meetings/webinars relevant to the application of this PA as determined/documented by PennDOT’s Cultural Resources Section Manager. In order to maintain delegation, CRPs, and Consultants under Management Contract must successfully complete the following training every two years: • Attend a joint PennDOT and SHPO staff meeting. These meetings usually occur annually. • Attend a minimum of two (2) PA SHPO and PennDOT approved sessions at the Statewide Conference on Heritage (when held) or other conference or training relevant to historic preservation, as determined/documented by PennDOT’s Cultural Resources Section Manager.
Refresher. In order to maintain delegation, CRPs and Consultants under Management Contract must successfully complete the following training:  SHPO’s Cultural Resources Training must be taken every five years;  Every five years – one of the following courses: ° NHI 142049: Beyond Compliance: Historic Preservation in Transportation Project Development* ° Completing Section 106: Resolving Adverse Effects and Writing Agreement Documents (Advanced 106)* ° Attendance of 7 hours in eligible Byways to the Past/State Heritage Conference sessions or workshops. Eligible sessions and workshops will be determined by the PennDOT Cultural Resource Section Chief; and  Every year – Application of the Amended PA and Cultural Resources Handbook. * Passing a pre-test will satisfy completion of these courses.
Refresher. Employees who have been orientated but not worked on the floor for one (1) year or more may request further orientation before being assigned.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education.
