Regionalization. The Picture is only licensed for exploitation using the technological methods in customary commercial use in the Territory during the Agreement Term. For example, if PAL is the customary commercial format for Videograms in the Region, then in exercising any Video Licensed Rights Distributor may only exploit Videograms of the Picture in the PAL format. If the Video Licensed Rights include DVD as an Authorized Format, then Distributor may only exploit Videograms of the Picture in the local encoded DVD regional format.
Regionalization. The Union acknowledges that the Town is in discussion with area towns concerning regional issues that may or may not affect the delivery of fire services in our region. The Union agrees to engage in discussion (not negotiations) concerning this subject during the one (1) year duration of the current contract Agreement if the town notifies the Union, in writing, that it desires to engage in discussion on regionalization. In the event such notice is given, discussion shall begin no later than sixty (60) days after the date of the notice.
Regionalization. Taking account of the advisability of having a regional administration based on far-reaching decentralization and deconcentration, the pattern of which reflects economic, social, cultural, linguistic and environmental criteria, the Government undertakes to regionalize the administration of the educational, health and cultural services of the indigenous peoples on the basis of linguistic criteria; in addition, it undertakes to facilitate the effective participation of community representatives in the management of education and culture at the local level in order to guarantee efficiency and relevance.

Changes In Licensed Channel: Distributor may only telecast or authorize telecast of the Picture over the originating transmitting facilities of the Licensed Channel designated in the Deal Terms as it exists on the date of this Agreement. If there is a physical change in the facilities of the Licensed Channel that materially affects the number or kind of household televisions capable of receiving it (e.g. signal boost, new transponder, satellite orbital drift), then Distributor will promptly give Licensor Notice of such change. Licensor grants Distributor a right of First Negotiation regarding exploitation of any affected Licensed Rights over such new facilities, taking into account rights previously granted to other Persons and an adjustment in the Minimum Guarantee. If no agreement is reached in the First Negotiation period, Licensor may withdraw the Picture under Paragraph Agreement Term, License Period and Holdbacks
Regionalization. The Parties agree to continue discussions on Regionalization provisions at the local level in those Health Authorities where there are multi-site certifications. If the Parties fail to reach agreement within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of ratification of this Collective Agreement, then Regionalization provisions will revert to the current Collective Agreement language.
