Regular Part-Time Unit Members. Subject to insurance carrier requirements, unit members working less than full-time shall be entitled to premium payments for health, vision, dental and life insurance programs by the District pro-rated at the same ratio as their regular work schedule bears to full-time service. Eligible part-time employees can combine the district-paid premium amount for medical, dental, vision and life insurance for the purchase of any plan. Any balance due insurance carriers is to be paid by the unit member from payroll deductions.

Regular Part-Time Unit Members. All regular part-time unit members shall be entitled to pro-rated vacation leave.

Regular salaried part-time unit members whose regular assignment is between 30 and 39 hours per week shall be entitled to the same premium payments for health and dental programs as salaried full-time unit members.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Regular Part-Time The establishment of a regular part-time position is a joint decision of local management and the chief xxxxxxx made in a spirit of trust and co-operation. The parties will ensure that regular part-time positions are appropriately used to maintain corporate effectiveness, not to split a regular full-time position. Regular part-time employees are regularly employed on an average of 24 hours or less per week calculated on a monthly basis. They are employed for a minimum of 16 hours per month. Regular part-time employees are treated as regular employees except where noted otherwise. Pro-Ration Formula: The regular part-time employee benefit pro-ration formula is calculated based on the hours worked by the regular part-time employee expressed as a percentage of the normal scheduled number of hours for the classification. Where the number of regular part-time hours vary in a week it will be necessary to calculate this percentage over a jointly agreed upon extended period to get an accurate figure.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Bargaining Unit Members 1. Teacher(s) shall mean all certificated/licensed personnel, but excluding the Superintendent, Director of Human Resources, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Principal, Assistant Principal, Technology Coordinator, Director of Pupil Services, county employees, day-to-day substitutes, home instruction tutors, High School Athletic Director, and all other supervising and managerial personnel. Additionally, if any certificated/licensed employee holds a part-time administrative position during the regular school year that is excluded from the bargaining unit, his/her individual teaching position shall also be excluded from the bargaining unit for the period that he/she is in the part-time administrative position.

  • Bargaining Unit Member Rights 1. When an employee is to be interviewed or questioned concerning a complaint or allegation of misconduct, the employee will be informed of, prior to the interview, the nature of the investigation and whether the employee is the subject of the investigation or a witness in the investigation. If the employee is the subject of investigation, the employee will also be informed of the specifics of each complaint or allegation against him/her.

  • UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST A. The City shall provide the Union with a list of Unit employees in alphabetical order with the following information in compliance with State law for each employee on said list:

  • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.
