Common use of Relief Shifts Clause in Contracts

Relief Shifts. Relief shifts shall be defined as: 8.6.1 Any workweek schedule which includes multiple shifts with a maximum of three (3) day shifts. 8.6.2 Any workweek schedule which includes multiple starting times of more than two (2) hours difference within the starting times listed in paragraph 8.1 above. 8.6.3 The provisions of Article 8.5 do not apply to employees who are part-time.
