Relocation of Customer Equipment. In the event that it becomes necessary to relocate the Customer Equipment to another Customer Area or Internet Data Center operated by Exodus, Customer will cooperate in good faith with Exodus to facilitate such relocation, provided that such relocation is based on reasonable business needs of Exodus (including the needs of other Exodus customers), the expansion of the space requirements of Customer or otherwise. Exodus shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by Exodus in connection with any such relocation and will use commercially reasonable efforts, in cooperation with Customer, to minimize and avoid any interruption to the Services
Relocation of Customer Equipment. If it becomes necessary to relocate the Customer Equipment or RagingWire Supplied Equipment to another Customer Area or Data Center, Customer shall cooperate with RagingWire to facilitate such relocation, whether such relocation is based on the reasonable business needs of RagingWire (including, but not limited to, the needs of other RagingWire customers), the expansion of the space requirements of Customer, or otherwise. RagingWire shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by RagingWire in connection with any such relocation and will use commercially reasonable efforts, in cooperation with Customer, to minimize and avoid any interruption of the Services.
Relocation of Customer Equipment. Switch shall not arbitrarily require Customer to relocate the Customer Equipment. However, upon prior notice of at least thirty (30) days, or in the event of an emergency, Switch may require Customer to relocate the Customer Equipment: provided that the relocation site shall afford comparable environmental conditions for space, power consumption, cooling and accessibility to the Customer Equipment. The reasonable direct costs of the relocation shall be borne by Switch unless the relocation is required to accommodate Customer’s requests. The Premises were designed to meet Uptime Institute’s Tier 4 standards for power throughputs. If Customer requires power in excess of these thresholds, then Customer shall comply with Switch’s request to move Customer to Switch’s higher density power data center at no cost to Switch.
Relocation of Customer Equipment. In the event Licensor determines that it is necessary to relocate Customer Equipment, Licensor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize the interference with Customer's use of the Services, and Customer shall cooperate in good faith with Licensor to facilitate such relocation. Licensor shall be responsible for any costs incurred by Licensor in connection with any such relocation, and for the cost of direct labor incurred by Customer within the Data Center in connection with such relocation (but not other costs incurred by Customer). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such relocation is due to interference of Customer Equipment or otherwise required because of Customer, Customer shall be responsible for the costs of such relocation, including all costs incurred by Licensor, Company and Customer.
Relocation of Customer Equipment. In the event that it becomes necessary to relocate the Customer Equipment to another Customer Area or Internet Data Center operated by YNC, Customer will cooperate in good faith with YNC to facilitate such relocation, provided that such relocation is based on reasonable business needs of YNC (including the needs of other YNC customers), the expansion of the space requirements of Customer or otherwise. YNC shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by YNC in connection with any such relocation and will use commercially reasonable efforts, in cooperation with Customer, to minimize and avoid any interruption to the Services
Relocation of Customer Equipment. Relocation of the Customer Equipment to another part of the Colocated Site or another Colocated Site, if requested by you and approved by Rogers, shall be performed by you or your subcontractors at your expense. Rogers is not responsible for network access disruptions caused by Customer Equipment relocation requirements.
Relocation of Customer Equipment. In the event that it becomes necessary to relocate the Customer Equipment to another Customer Area or Internet Data Center operated by STARPOINT, Customer will cooperate in good faith with STARPOINT to facilitate such relocation, provided that such relocation is based on reasonable business needs of STARPOINT (including the needs of other STARPOINT customers), the expansion of the space requirements of Customer or otherwise. STARPOINT shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by STARPOINT in connection with any such relocation and will use commercially reasonable efforts, in cooperation with Customer, to minimize and avoid any interruption to the Services
Relocation of Customer Equipment. Colocation Center shall not arbitrarily or capriciously require Customer to relocate Customer Equipment; however, upon ninety (90) days written notice or, in the event of any emergency, Colocation Center may require Customer to relocate Customer Equipment; provided however, the site of relocation shall afford comparable environmental conditions for the Customer Equipment and comparable accessibility to the Customer Equipment. In the event that Colocation Center requires Customer to relocate Customer Equipment, all costs shall be borne by Colocation Center.
Relocation of Customer Equipment. TERAGO shall not arbitrarily or capriciously require Customer to relocate Customer Equipment; however, upon ninety (90) days written notice or, in the event of any emergency, TERAGO may require Customer to relocate Customer Equipment or assign /transfer the terms and conditions under the Agreement to another equivalent provider; provided however, the site of relocation shall afford comparable environmental conditions for the Customer Equipment and comparable accessibility to the Customer Equipment. In the event that TERAGO requires Customer to relocate Customer Equipment, all costs of doing so shall be borne by TERAGO.
Relocation of Customer Equipment. In the event that it becomes necessary to relocate the Customer Equipment to another Customer Area within its Internet Data Center operated by Exodus, Customer will cooperate in good faith with Exodus to facilitate such relocation, provided that such relocation is based on reasonable business needs of Exodus (including the needs of other Exodus customers), the expansion of the space requirements of Customer or otherwise. Exodus shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by Exodus in connection with any such relocation and will use commercially reasonable efforts, in cooperation with Customer, to minimize and avoid any interruption to the Services. Exodus shall be responsible for damage to customer equipment as contained in Section 8.2. and any downtime experienced will be credited in accordance with Section 5.2. Exodus shall not relocate Customer Equipment without the prior written consent of the Customer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
