Relocation Services. A full range of services to remove the existing office furniture, equipment and related supplies from the existing location, transport the items to the new location, and place them according to the direction of the federal agency. Services include but not limited to pre-move planning, relocation plan designing, providing packaging materials, packing/crating, loading/unloading, delivery and setup. Office Support/Temporary Help: Includes contractual services of temporaries. Requires compliance with relevant laws, Comptroller General decisions, and Office of Personnel Management and Departmental policies and instructions. Types of support include clerical, secretarial, accounting, laboratory technicians, scientists, etc.
Relocation Services. Employee will be eligible for relocation services consistent with the Company’s Corporate Policy.
Relocation Services. 46-3.01 The Company shall provide the services of a relocation services provider upon the request of the Flight Attendant. The Flight Attendant will be assigned with a relocation services counselor for the full duration of the relocation. Eligible Flight Attendants who request this service are required to manage relocations through the Company’s relocation services provider.

We primarily offer corporate clients employee relocation services, such as: • homesale assistance, including the evaluation, inspection, purchasing and selling of a transferee's home; the issuance of home equity advances to transferees permitting them to purchase a new home before selling their current home (these advances are generally guaranteed by the client); certain home management services; assistance in locating a new home; and closing on the sale of the old home, generally at the instruction of the client; • expense processing, relocation policy counseling, relocation-related accounting, including international assignment compensation services, and other consulting services; • arranging household goods moving services, with approximately 70,000 domestic and international shipments in 2013, and providing support for all • coordinating visa and immigration support, intercultural and language training, and expatriation/repatriation counseling and destination services; and • group move management services providing coordination for moves involving a large number of transferees to or from a specific regional area over a short period of time. Under relocation services contracts with our clients, homesale services have historically been classified into two types, "at risk" and "no risk." Under "no risk" business, which during 2013 accounted for substantially all of our homesale service transactions, the client is responsible for reimbursement of all direct expenses associated with the homesale. Relocation Services. Our relocation business has its main corporate operations in a leased building in Danbury, Connecticut with a lease term expiring in 2015. There are leased offices in the U.S., located in Lisle, Illinois; Irving, Texas; Omaha, Nebraska; Memphis, Tennessee; Folsom, California; Irvine, California; and St. Louis Park, Minnesota. International offices include leased facilities in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Germany, France, Switzerland, Canada and the Netherlands.
Relocation Services. Company shall provide certain relocation benefits to cover relocation and travel expenses for Executive and his family which shall include only the following moving related expenses: moving of normal and customary household goods, transportation of up to two automobiles, and reasonable travel expenses for Executive’s family from Ohio to New Jersey. All such expenses must be incurred prior to October 1, 2022 and shall be reimbursed in compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code subject to substantiation acceptable to the Company or its agent, including any applicable Company policy or program. Executive shall be obligated to immediately repay the gross amount of the relocation benefits if (i) Executive is terminated by the Company for Cause, (ii) he voluntarily terminates his employment other than for Good Reason (as defined in Section 3.8) or (iii) his employment terminated due to Disability (as defined in Section 3.3) prior to the one-year anniversary of the receipt of those benefits or, if earlier, prior to a Change in Control. The Company shall make tax gross-up payments to Executive with respect to any income and employment tax liability incurred by Executive on account of any payment and/or reimbursement under this Section 2.8.
Relocation Services. All services are to be provided in accordance with State of North Dakota Water Commission relocation requirements and 49 CFR Part 24 Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Act Acquisition for Federal and Federally-Assisted Programs Act, also known as the Uniform Relocation Act (URA).
