Relocation Services. A full range of services to remove the existing office furniture, equipment and related supplies from the existing location, transport the items to the new location, and place them according to the direction of the federal agency. Services include but not limited to pre-move planning, relocation plan designing, providing packaging materials, packing/crating, loading/unloading, delivery and setup. Office Support/Temporary Help: Includes contractual services of temporaries. Requires compliance with relevant laws, Comptroller General decisions, and Office of Personnel Management and Departmental policies and instructions. Types of support include clerical, secretarial, accounting, laboratory technicians, scientists, etc.
Relocation Services. Employee will be eligible for relocation services consistent with the Company’s Corporate Policy.
Relocation Services. 46-3.01 The Company shall provide the services of a relocation services provider upon the request of the Flight Attendant. The Flight Attendant will be assigned with a relocation services counselor for the full duration of the relocation. Eligible Flight Attendants who request this service are required to manage relocations through the Company’s relocation services provider.
Relocation Services. XXXXX XXXXX will provide relocation services to XX. XXXXX associated with her relocation to South Florida. XX. XXXXX shall be required to use a vendor approved by XXXXX XXXXX. XX. XXXXX must submit receipts for any expenses reimbursable under this paragraph to the applicable vendor providing relocation services.

We offer a broad range of world-class employee relocation services designed to manage all aspects of an employee's move to facilitate a smooth transition in what otherwise may be a complex and difficult process for the employee and employer. Our relocation services business serves corporations, including over 64% of the Fortune 50 companies, as well as affinity organizations such as insurance companies and credit unions that provide our services to their members. In 2012, we assisted in over 158,000 relocations in more than 150 countries for approximately 1,500 active clients and as of December 31, 2012 , our top 25 relocation clients had an average tenure of 17 years with us.

We primarily offer corporate clients employee relocation services, such as: • homesale assistance, including the evaluation, inspection, purchasing and selling of a transferee's home; the issuance of home equity advances to transferees permitting them to purchase a new home before selling their current home (these advances are generally guaranteed by the client); certain home management services; assistance in locating a new home; and closing on the sale of the old home, generally at the instruction of the client; • expense processing, relocation policy counseling, relocation-related accounting, including international assignment compensation services, and other consulting services; • arranging household goods moving services, with approximately 70,000 domestic and international shipments in 2013, and providing support for all • coordinating visa and immigration support, intercultural and language training, and expatriation/repatriation counseling and destination services; and • group move management services providing coordination for moves involving a large number of transferees to or from a specific regional area over a short period of time. The wide range of our services allows our clients to outsource their entire relocation programs to us. In 2013, we assisted in approximately 166,000 relocations in more than 150 countries for more than 1,000 active clients, including 50% of the Fortune 50 companies as well as affinity organizations. Cartus has offices in the U.S. as well as internationally in the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Germany, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Under relocation services contracts with our clients, homesale services have historically been classified into two types, "at risk" and "no risk." Under "no risk" business, which during 2013 accounted for substantially all of our homesale service transactions, the client is responsible for reimbursement of all direct expenses associated with the homesale. Such expenses include, but are not limited to, appraisal, inspection and real estate brokerage commissions. The client also bears the risk of loss on the resale of the transferee's home. Relocation Services. Our relocation business has its main corporate operations in a leased building in Danbury, Connecticut with a lease term expiring in November 2015. There are leased offices in the U.S., located in Lisle, Illinois; Irving, Texas; Omaha, Nebraska; Memphis, Tennessee; Folsom, California; Irvine, California; St. Louis Park, Minnesota; and Bellevue, Washington. International offices include leased facilities in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Germany, France, Switzerland, Canada and the Netherlands.
Relocation Services. Revenues increased $18 million to $423 million and EBITDA increased $6 million to $115 million for the year ended December 31, 2011 compared with the same period in 2010. The increase in revenues was primarily driven by $19 million of incremental international revenue due to increased transaction volume and a $4 million increase in relocation service fee revenues primarily due to higher domestic transaction volume. These increases were partially offset by a $5 million decrease in at-risk revenue due to fewer closings in 2011 compared to 2010. EBITDA increased $6 million primarily as a result of the increase in revenues discussed above and a $3 million decrease in restructuring expenses, partially offset by an $8 million increase in operating expenses due to higher volume related international costs and an $8 million increase due to higher employee related costs.
Relocation Services. Contractor will provide Relocation Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and as specified in any relevant Orders. If a third party requires Contractor to relocate any Buyer Facilities covered by this Schedule, Contractor will notify Buyer as soon as commercially practicable, using best efforts to provide at least 90 days’ advance notice.
Relocation Services. The Contractor shall provide office relocation services (to include the site remediation contractor) and temporary storage of furniture (to include the site remediation contractor).
