Access Provide the infrastructure and services for secure external (off network) access via the internet gateways to the Service Provider’s network (and, through it, to Service Provider and Acquired Company applications and network services), including the following: • VPN access for employees who are set up to access Service Provider or Service Recipient applications via the internet 12 months from the Distribution Date. $32,484 Per month Service Provider: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Service Recipient: Xxxx Xxxxx • Restricted access through secure internet connections to selected 3rd party suppliers, business partners, etc.
Remote. (a) The remote incentives program will be reviewed to make it contemporary and more fit for purpose, with a dedicated project resource to lead this work.
(b) The criteria for the review include:
(i) The Remote incentive scheme will apply to MMM6 (remote) and MMM7 (very remote);
(ii) The current Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package HR Policy C2 will be reviewed and amended so that it provides a range of incentives as it is agreed that the same incentive may not be relevant for all remote sites.
(iii) The parties will develop a minimum set of incentives as well as the criteria and process for allocating additional incentives to individual sites, ensuring incentives address the actual need.
(iv) The NaMCF will have a role in applying the criteria, but the ultimate decision rests with the Health Service Chief Executive.
(v) There will be an opt-out process for sites that do not meet the criteria for minimum incentives. The opt out decision will last for two years before reviewed. The opt out proposal will be consulted through the NaMCF, but the ultimate decision rests with HSCE. Opt out decisions will be reported to XxXXX.
(vi) Beyond incentives, the parties will consider other strategies to recruit and support the remote nursing and midwifery workforce.
Remote area allowances
(a) Current employees who have historically been eligible and compensated for living in a remote area will retain this allowance at the current rate.
(b) Current employees who have historically been eligible and compensated for travelling on annual leave from a remote area in which they are stationed, will retain this allowance at the current rate.
(c) The allowances in clause 6.13 (a) and (b) are not applicable to any other employee.
Remote. Locality Employees Employees who work in a Designated Remote Locality are subject to the provisions at Appendix B of this Agreement.
Remote. The Contractor may use a location "on" or "off' the job site for storage of materials. However, if he intends to submit requests for payment for stored materials, then Webb County, at its discretion, may pay for actual cost of material stored (less stipulated retainage) under the following conditions:
a. The Contractor shall apply for and receive advanced written approval from the County Representative.
b. The intended location must be judged suitable and secure by the County Representative and the materials shall be fully insured.
c. The Contractor shall pay all costs related to the storage including loading, unloading, transportation, warehouse rent, and insurance.
d. The quantity and quality of material shall be inspected by the County representative, to ascertain compliance with the Contract Documents, paid invoices and materials list.

Remote. For groups or individuals who are in multiple locations with the need for workshops or lunch-and-learn type sessions. Remote Training will not be considered on-site training, and will not count toward the number of on-site training hours, unless such training is conducted at a Citizens Office Location.
Remote. -Installation: The modem and software must be connected prior to calling QuadraMed's Technical Support for remote installation assistance. In the event Licensee initiates call(s) for telephone support for Product issues that are diagnosed to result from Licensee's self-installation of the Product, Licensee may be referred to a QuadraMed Technology Specialist who will assist Licensee at a pre-scheduled time and duration over the telephone to rectify their installation issues. QuadraMed reserves the right to charge fees in the amount of $1,500 per day for remote-installation telephone support services that cumulatively take two hours or more to remedy. If during the course of telephone consultation it is mutually determined that on-site resolution is the most appropriate choice to resolve Licensee's installation problems or subsequent problems with Licensee-supplied hardware or Licensee-installed third party software, QuadraMed will perform on-site problem resolution. The costs associated with on-site problem resolution will be billed to Licensee at the then current rate for on-site installation, plus the out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred. Licensee will be responsible for any costs associated with replacing, upgrading, or removing conflicting Licensee-supplied hardware or third party software.
Remote. 46.6.2.1.1 Applies to employees required to be called-out via remote access including, but not limited to, telephone, modem or personal computer.
46.6.2.1.2 Where a remote call out occurs after the employee’s ordinary ceasing time, the employee will be entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours at call out rates.
46.6.2.1.3 Call out remote rates for employees at USQ Level 1 – 10 will be paid at 150% of the ordinary rate for the first two (2) hours, and 200% of the ordinary rate to be paid thereafter. All call outs on a gazetted public holiday will be paid at 250% of the ordinary rate.
