College Equipment. To use College equipment, including but not limited to computers, copiers, calculators, and audio-visual equipment, without cost, when such equipment is not otherwise in use for instructional purposes; provided no additional cost to the College shall be incurred by reason of such use. The Association will adhere to applicable Board policies and administrative procedures when using College equipment. The Association shall be responsible for damages to the machinery occurring while in the Association's custody. The Association will provide its own paper and other materials. A charge of $.05 per copy page shall be charged and paid by the Association for use of a College copy machine.

College Equipment. All materials, tools, equipment and other property either furnished by College to Contractor or individually paid for by College (“College Equipment”) shall remain the property of College, but Contractor shall assume all risks of and be entirely responsible for any losses or damages arising from its use of College Equipment. Upon completion or termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall promptly return all College Equipment in the condition in which Contractor received it, taking into account reasonable wear and tear.
College Equipment. Dependent upon the nature of work to be performed during the telework cycle, use of college equipment may be applicable/necessary. In the event the college must provide equipment for use by the employee during the telework period, the employee agrees that the use of equipment, software, data supplies and furniture provided by the college for use at the remote work location, is limited to authorized persons and for purposes related to work. The college, at its sole discretion may choose to purchase equipment and related supplies for use by employee while teleworking. The decision as to the type, nature, function and/or quality of electronic hardware (including, but not limited to, computers, video display terminals, printers, modems, data processors, and other terminal equipment), computer software, data and telecommunications equipment (i.e., phone lines) shall rest entirely with the college. Equipment purchased for use by employee shall remain the property of the college. The college does not assume liability for loss, damage or wear of employee-owned equipment. In the event legal action is necessary to regain possession of agency-owned equipment, software data and/or supplies, Employee agrees to pay all costs incurred by the college, including reasonable attorney fees. In the event of college equipment failure or malfunction, employee agrees to immediately notify the college in order to initiate immediate repair or replacement of such equipment. In the event of delay in repair or replacement, or because of other circumstances, which make it impossible for employee to telework, employee understands that employee may be assigned to do other work and/or required to return to college assigned work space, at the college’s sole discretion. Furniture, lighting, household safety equipment, incidental to use of college-owned equipment, software and supplies shall be appropriate for their intended use and shall be used and maintained in a safe condition, free from defects and hazards.
College Equipment. The Association with appropriate permission may on occasion make reasonable use of College equipment on campus provided such use is within the normal operational functions of the Association and provided further that such use does not impede any of the functions of the College. The Association shall share the cost of maintenance or repair incident to its use of such equipment. The use of such college equipment provided to the Association may be suspended by action of the Board of Trustees during the lifetime of this Agreement and such action by the Board of Trustees, if any, shall not be grievable.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Provider’s consent, the Client must permit the Provider to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or the Provider or any landlord of the building.

  • School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

  • Storage Services 2.1. The Storage Customer agrees to contract the following Bundled Product offered by the Storage Service Provider at the Storage Facility in accordance with the respectively valid Storage Specification (Annex 3 to this Agreement) as applicable on the date of conclusion of the Agreement at the Storage Fee stipulated herein:

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable Medical Equipment is equipment that is Medically Necessary for treatment of an illness or Accidental Injury or to prevent further deterioration. This equipment is designed for repeated use and used to treat a medical condition or illness, and includes items such as oxygen equipment, functional wheelchairs, and crutches. Durable Medical Equipment may require Prior Authorization. Only Durable Medical Equipment considered standard and/or basic as defined by nationally recognized guidelines are Covered.

  • Orthotic Appliances Coverage for Orthotic Appliances is limited to custom-made leg, arm, back and neck braces, when related to a surgical procedure or when used in an attempt to avoid surgery, and is necessary to carry out normal activities of daily living excluding sports activities. Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
