Remote Monitoring Services. (a) The Services include remote diagnostic and monitoring services on eligible equipment, using Hitachi’s proprietary remote monitoring tools and related Documentation, including but not limited to Hitachi Remote Ops, Hitachi Ops Center Clear Sight, and Hitachi SVOS cloud connector, as applicable (“Remote Monitoring Services”). All right, title and interest in the Remote Monitoring Services, and in all material that is used to provide those services, remain with Hitachi or its licensors and You do not get any licensed rights.

Remote Monitoring Services. Maintenance and Support Services include remote diagnostic and monitoring services on eligible Equipment, using HDS’ proprietary Hi-Track® hardware, software, microcode and documentation (“Hi- Track Services”). This material will always remain HDS’ sole and exclusive property as Hitachi IP as defined in the Agreement, and You do not get any licensed rights in this material. You must provide and maintain, at your cost, all telecommunications lines, monitor, PC, modem and access required for HDS to implement and provide the Hi-Track Services. If the Agreement (or the supply of Maintenance and Support Services under it) or Your separate services contract is terminated, You will allow HDS to disable the Hi-Track Services and de-install and remove all material on your premises used by HDS to provide these services. HDS warrants that in providing Hi-Track Services, HDS does not access your data. HDS will maintain the confidence of all passwords that you provide to HDS in connection with its supply of Hi-Track Services. Remote monitoring services other than Hi-Track may be provided for certain self-serviceable, eligible Equipment which does not prompt HDS Service activity or call logging.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

NATIONAL GRID bills shall also contain a statement that directs Customers to make all checks payable to NATIONAL GRID only.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
