Event Management Services. The Concessionaire will provide special event services for appropriate events that will be operated according to the following:
1) Identify, evaluate, recommend, and recruit special events to be held in the Park including weddings, receptions, family reunions, business meetings and conferences, consumer shows and other park-friendly events or activities as pre-approved, in writing, by the Department (“Events”).
2) Obtain pre-approval, in writing, from the Department for the type of event, location, date, time, and duration for all Events.
3) Coordinate all Events through the Department to ensure availability of adequate Facilities including event space and parking.
4) Manage all aspects of the Event planning process including booking and scheduling of Events; establishing appropriate fees for Event-related services, cleaning of Facilities and space used for Events (such fee schedule will be pre- approved by the Department); arranging for external vendors; and arranging for adequate parking.
5) Manage all aspects of conducting Events, including set up and removal of all tables, chairs, and other equipment to be used for the Events; coordinating external vendors, security, and safety; ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act; obtain additional temporary facilities as needed; and clean up after the Events have concluded.
6) Ensure all Facilities and spaces are cleaned and returned to their original condition within four hours of the completion of each Event, unless otherwise pre-approved, in writing, by the Department.
7) Manage and adequately document third party vendors, including, but not limited to catering, entertainment, and rental equipment vendors.
8) Provide and manage marketing and promotion efforts for all Events booked by the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire will submit to the Department all proposed advertising, brochures, and signs for pre-approval, in writing, by the Department.
9) Provide proper signage for each Event to ensure proper identification of the Event, and appropriate traffic flow for the Event guests and general Park visitors. Event signage must be pre-approved by the Department. Concessionaire will maintain all signage to standards acceptable to the Department.
10) Ensure each Event has adequate staffing for proper management, security, and access to Facilities.
11) Department will be able to access Facilities when not in use for Special Events.

Event Management Services. 5. Guided Eco-tours;
Event Management Services. The Event Management Services includes but is not limited to the following:
Event Management Services. 4.1 Where ATPI is responsible for payment to the Travel Service Provider of the costs of such Travel Services, such costs will be included within the Charges payable by the Customer to ATPI for the Services. Until such time as ATPI issues the executed Order Confirmation to the Customer, no contract has been formed between the Customer and the Travel Service Provider.
4.2 The Customer acknowledges that the Travel Service Provider shall not be obliged to fulfil an agreement if and to the extent that the offer or the written confirmation is based on an evident error or mistake.
4.3 The Customer acknowledges that ATPI may from time to time receive commissions and/or additional benefits from the Travel Service Providers and/or other intermediaries with which it works. Such commissions and/or additional benefits are for the sole benefit of ATPI and affiliated companies and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as being an obligation to pass any such commissions and/or additional benefits to the Customer.
4.4 The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Event Management Services provided under this General Agreement are excluded from the provisions of the EU Package Directive 2015/2302 (or subsequent legislation) regarding package travel and linked travel agreements.
Event Management Services. 5.1 The Company shall throughout the continuance of the Agreement provide an Event Management Service to the Client.
5.2 The Company will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Event Management Service.
5.3 Subject to the timely receipt of all payments due, We will provide the Event Management Services as specified in your Order or Our Quotation or Proposal.
5.4 We will make every reasonable effort to provide the Event Management Services on time and in accordance with your Order. We cannot, however, be held responsible for any delays if an event outside of Our control occurs. Please see Clause 15 “Force Majeure’ for events outside of Our control.
5.5 If We require any further information, items or action from You in order to provide the Event Management Services, We will inform You of this as soon as is reasonably possible.
5.6 If the information or items You provide, or the action You take is delayed, incomplete or otherwise incorrect, We will not be responsible for any delay caused as a result. If additional work is required from Us to correct or compensate for a mistake made by Us as a result of incomplete or otherwise incorrect information or items that You have provided or action that You have taken, We may charge You a reasonable additional sum for that work.
5.7 We always use reasonable efforts to ensure that Our provision of the Event Management Services is trouble-free. If, however, there is a problem with the Event Management Services We request that You inform Us as soon as is reasonably possible (You do not need to contact Us in writing).
5.8 We will use reasonable efforts to remedy problems with the Event Management Services as quickly as is reasonably possible and practical in the relevant circumstances.
Event Management Services. The Contractor will be responsible for performing all event management services required for events the Contractor books on the Fairgrounds. If the City requests, the Contractor will also be responsible for performing events management services required for events the City direct-books. Applicable user fees in the Fairground Description of Fees attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit E will apply to direct-booked City events for which the City requests the Contractor to provide events management services. The events management services the Contractor will perform pursuant to this Agreement include, but are not limited to; maintaining up-to-date scheduling, collecting user fees in accordance with Exhibit E, responding to event inquiries from the public, maintaining current information on the status of bookable facilities and locations on the Fairgrounds as listed in Exhibit D, conducting pre-event walk-throughs with event organizers, ensuring the Fairgrounds buildings and locations are returned in the same condition as prior to the event, normal wear and tear excepted, staffing all events for set up and break down support, as well support during events, and supervising all events booked in the Fairgrounds buildings and grounds to ensure that the uses are in accordance with all requirements of this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. Event Management Services. The Town and Oskar Blues agree to utilize the event management services of Adventure Fit Inc for the Event in accordance with the terms of the Adventure Fit Agreement. Oskar Blues agrees that it has reviewed and approves the terms of the Adventure Fit Agreement.
