Renewal of Franchises. The Sellers shall have renewed for at least ten (10) years from the date of Closing the telephone franchise agreements granted by the Towns of Gretna and Hurt, Virginia, and shall have similarly renewed any other franchise agreements currently in existence or required in connection with the Company's Business as presently conducted.
Renewal of Franchises. The Sellers shall use reasonable commercial efforts to obtain renewals or extensions of any franchises that have expired or will expire within 12 months subsequent to the date of this Agreement.

Renewal of Franchises. The Sellers shall have renewed for at least ten (10) years from the date of Closing the telephone franchise agreements granted by the Towns of Island Park, Ashton, St. Xxxxxxx and Teton, Idaho, and shall have similarly renewed any other franchise agreements currently in existence or required in connection with the Company's Business as presently conducted. Alternatively, if such is the case, the Sellers shall cause the opinion of counsel given as provided in Section 7.7 hereof to include an opinion that no such franchise agreements are necessary or required.
Renewal of Franchises. Comply with the provisions of all applicable federal and local laws relating to the renewal of Significant Franchises, including without limitation pursuing proceedings for the renewal of such Significant Franchises in accordance with those procedures customarily followed by holders of similar franchises. Without limiting the foregoing, the Companies will seek renewal of all Significant Franchises within the time periods prescribed by, and otherwise in compliance with, Section 546 of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 (47 U.S.C. Section 546).

Renewal of Franchises. The Seller shall have renewed or obtained for at least ten (10) years from the date of Closing the telephone franchise agreements granted by the Town of Rainier, Washington, as well as by the Counties of Xxxxxx and Thurston, Washington, and shall have similarly renewed or obtained any other franchise agreements currently in existence or required in connection with the Company's Business as presently conducted, except that it is satisfactory that the Yelm, Washington franchise agreement continue only through August 10, 2009.
