Report and Design Consultation. This task involves the following: ▪ Prepare a draft report outlining our findings and recommendations, including information related to the following: 🢭 Subsurface soil and groundwater conditions 🢭 Seismic and Slope stability hazards 🢭 Site preparation and grading; and 🢭 Lateral earth pressures and foundation requirements for walls as needed 🢭 Design criteria for bridge foundations 🢭 ▪ Prepare a final report incorporating comments from the project team on the draft report ▪ Participate in up to two project team coordination meetings to review and discuss geotechnical issues having an impact on the project. ▪ Provide geotechnical project management and support services, including coordinating staff and subcontractors, invoicing, and conducting phone consultations and email communications with the County and the design team.

  • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.

  • Tribal Consultation 1. For FEMA Undertakings on Tribal lands or potentially affecting properties of religious and cultural significance to Tribes, and where no tribe-specific consultation agreements or protocols are in place, FEMA shall consult with affected Tribe(s) or in accordance with 36 CFR Part 800. In determining who the affected Tribe(s) may be, FEMA will first establish that it is a type of Undertaking with potential to affect historic properties with religious and cultural significance and may consult with the SHPO and Tribe(s), and may access the National Park Service (NPS) Native American Consultation Database or other tools to identify geographic tribal interests.

  • Technical Cooperation 1. The Parties shall strengthen their cooperation in the field of standards, technical regulations, metrology, market surveillance, accreditation and conformity assessment systems with a view to increasing the mutual understanding of their respective systems and facilitating access to their respective markets. To that end, they may establish regulatory dialogues at both horizontal and sectoral levels.

  • Scope, Consultations, Mediation and Conciliation Disputes between the Contracting Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall, as far as possible, be settled amicably or through consultations, mediation or conciliation.

  • Support and Maintenance Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance services, Licensee’s initial support and/or maintenance term will begin upon delivery to Licensee of the Licensed Software and continue for one (1) year thereafter (or the length of the term if less than a year for any subscription/term license) unless otherwise specified in the applicable annual support and/or maintenance agreement, Product Order, or other written agreement executed between Licensor and Licensee. Where Licensee purchases support and/or maintenance for any Licensed Software, Licensee hereby agrees that it shall purchase such support and/or maintenance services for all of Licensee’s licensed units of such Licensed Software product. Support and/or maintenance services provided by Licensor will be subject to Licensor’s then current applicable standard annual support and/or maintenance agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE If technical support and maintenance is a part of the Goods that Contractor provides under the Contract, Contractor will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to the Department in a reasonable time when the Department makes technical support or maintenance requests regarding the Goods.

  • JOINT CONSULTATION 21.01 The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and are prepared to enter into discussion aimed at the development and introduction of appropriate machinery for the purpose of providing joint consultation on matters of common interest.

  • Support and Services ISD and HC agree to the following conditions:
