Reporting and Travel Pay. (a) If an employee is required to report to work at other than the employee's regularly scheduled working hours, the employee shall be paid a minimum amount equivalent to four hours at the employee's straight time rate if the employee's pay for work performed is less than this amount, except when the unscheduled work forms a continuous period with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours in which case no minimum shall apply. (b) If an employee is advised after the employee has left work to report for unscheduled work, the employee will receive a traveling allowance equivalent to two (2) hours' pay at the employee's straight time rate, except when the unscheduled work forms a continuous period with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours, in which case the employee will receive a traveling allowance equivalent to one (1) hour's pay at the employee's straight time rate.
Reporting and Travel Pay. (a) If an employee is required to report to the said Site for the performance of any work at other than the employee's regularly scheduled working hours, the employee shall be paid a minimum amount equivalent to four hours at the employee's straight time rate if the employee's pay for work performed is less than this amount. (b) If an employee is advised after the employee has left the said Site to report for such unscheduled work, the employee will receive a travelling allowance equivalent to two (2) hours' pay at the employee's straight time rate, except when such unscheduled work forms a continuous period with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours, in which case the employee will receive a travelling allowance equivalent to one (1) hour's pay at the employee's straight time rate. (c) Employees called in to work outside of their regularly scheduled shift are eligible for two hours of travel time at the employee`s current Article classification rate.

  • Travel Policy Section 1. Travel allowances and reimbursements, including meal, lodging and transportation expenses, shall be as provided in the Department of Administrative Services, Oregon Accounting Manual Travel Policy (OAM #40.10.00.PO). However, Section .105 of the policy shall read as follows: Personal telephone calls to immediate family members or significant others to confirm the traveler’s well being while on travel status are allowed. Employees shall be reimbursed for one (1) phone call home on the first day of travel and every other day for a five (5) to ten (10) minute call. When authorized by the Agency, employees will be provided access to State phone cards or State phone card numbers. When State phone cards are not available or the employee does not charge the call to his/her hotel room, employees shall provide receipts. Personal telephone bills reflecting the eligible calls made during travel status can serve as a receipt. The Employer shall give the Union at least thirty (30) days advance notice of any proposed changes to this policy. Such changes which involve a mandatory subject of bargaining shall be subject to negotiation if requested by the Union.

  • Business and Travel Expenses Upon presentation of reasonable substantiation and documentation as the Company may specify from time to time, the Employee shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, for all reasonable out-of-pocket business and travel expenses incurred and paid by the Employee during the Employment Term and in connection with the performance of the Employee’s duties hereunder.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Travel Pay Any employee required by the Employer to travel to a place of work other than his/her regular official duty station shall be reimbursed for travel costs, if eligible, in accordance with University policy.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Drug and Alcohol Policy 67.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time) contained in Appendix G. 67.2 The Employer may refer an Employee affected by drugs or alcohol to the services provided by Incolink.

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.
