Reporting and Travel Pay. (a) If an employee is required to report to work at other than the employee's regularly scheduled working hours, the employee shall be paid a minimum amount equivalent to four hours at the employee's straight time rate if the employee's pay for work performed is less than this amount, except when the unscheduled work forms a continuous period with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours in which case no minimum shall apply.
