Reports to the Army a. The Monitor shall provide the Army with copies of all reports prepared for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Army shall determine whether the subject matter covered therein requires additional review and/or investigation by the Monitor. The report shall be reviewed by the Army and a recommendation concerning a possible extensio!J of the Agreement beyond the initial three year term shall be made to the SDO by the Ombudsperson.
