REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES. 7.01 The Union may elect, appoint or otherwise select and the Employer will recognize three (3) Union representatives or designate, one of whom will be the Bargaining Unit President or designate, who may assist employees in the presentation of any grievance arising under the terms of the Collective Agreement.
