Required Overtime. It is understood by Bargaining Unit members that they shall make themselves available for required overtime work on orders from the University. The University will limit overtime assignments to the staffing level it deems reasonable and necessary for each event. When management determines required overtime is necessary, such overtime will be assigned (mandated) on a rotating basis.
