Research Support Services. This lot will cover any requirements for support in specific elements of the market research process. This may include but is not restrictive to requirements for:  Interviewing  Recruiting  Substantive data manipulation  Data processing and tabulation  Expert statistical advice  Advanced data  Analysis and re-analysis  Statistical modelling  Report writingSocial Media Monitoring Access to both Qualitative and Quantitative Research will be required within this lot. It is recognised that suppliers may not have expertise in both, and therefore will be asked to identify whether they are bidding as a qualitative supplier, quantitative supplier or both. Suppliers will be evaluated on their capability in the type of research for which they are bidding. However this excludes substantive data manipulation which would be covered under Lot 7 This lot will cover the requirements concerning the creation and management of panels for continuous or longitudinal research. This lot is to be used where the use of panels is the primary or sole component of the business solution. This may include but is not restrictive to requirements for:  Issues managementMarket segmentation  Usage and attitude studies  Brand research  Product feedback  Positioning research  New product/service development  New product concept tests  Qualitative exploration  Conjoint or other advanced quantitative methods  Communications testing  Tracking studies Access to both Qualitative and Quantitative Research will be required within this lot. Research Support Services. (Non Severable capability) 5.3.2.1. The Contractor shall possess the capacity to provide supplemental research capabilities for specific research, advisory, and integration efforts in increments of 6 months. 5.3.2.2. The Contractor shall possess a capacity to design, conduct, and report on one (1) long term (estimated 6-24 month project durations) human subjects research project as described in this PWS, involving episodic fieldwork and other research activities such as analysis and report/brief development. Capacity to, along with primary research activities, respond to requests for scientific support for activities such as problem framing, develop "quick look" short scientific overviews on topics of immediate interest to the Marine Corps, and support XXXXX's assessment and culture general content development activities.

Related to Research Support Services

  • Research Support (a) Having regard to the resources reasonably available for such purposes, the Operator will cooperate with AHS to provide such participation by its Staff as may be reasonable in relation to the carrying out of research within the Province. (b) The Operator agrees to promptly notify AHS in the event that it undertakes or agrees to participate in any form of clinical trial, research project, instrument use, or similar activity which in any way relates to the Services provided under this Agreement. The Operator shall, upon request, provide AHS with written evidence of Client disclosure and consent to research.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Maintenance and Support Services If this Agreement is for IT goods or services, this section applies: Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement: The Contractor shall promptly provide the Court with all Upgrades, including without limitation: (i) all Upgrades generally made available by Contractor to its other customers; (ii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work complies with the Specifications and Applicable Law (including changes in Applicable Law); (iii) Upgrades as necessary so that the Work operates under new versions or releases of the Court’s operating system or database platform; and (iv) all on-site services necessary for installation of Upgrades. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor under this Agreement, Contractor represents and warrants that it will maintain services, equipment, software or any other part of the Work so that they operate in accordance with their Specifications and Documentation; and The Contractor shall respond to the Court within four (4) hours after the Court reports a Technical Support Incident (such hours all occurring during Standard M&S Hours) to Contractor. DELIVERY, ACCEPTANCE, AND PAYMENT Delivery. Contractor shall deliver to the Court the Deliverables in accordance with this Agreement, including the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified by this Agreement, Contractor will deliver all goods purchased by the Court “Free on Board Destination Freight Prepaid” to the Court at the address and location specified by the Court. Title to all goods purchased by the Court vests in the Court upon payment of the applicable purchase price. Contractor will bear the risk of loss for any Work being delivered until received by the Court at the proper location. All shipments by Contractor or its Subcontractors must include packing sheets identifying: this Agreement number, the Court’s purchase order number, item number, quantity and unit of measure, part number and description of the goods shipped, and appropriate evidence of inspection, if required. Goods for different Agreements shall be listed on separate packing sheets.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable. BNY Mellon disclaims liability to the Fund, and the Fund is solely responsible, for the selection, qualifications and performance of the Fund’s CCO and the adequacy and effectiveness of the Fund’s compliance program.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.
