Reservations and Deposits. A. A reserved date is not guaranteed until a reservation deposit is received and this Agreement is signed by Client and the Special Events Coordinator. All bookings must be cleared for date availability with the Special Events Coordinator prior to signing this Agreement. Rental restrictions may be in effect during DCH-sponsored events.
B. DCH reserves the right to refuse the use of its Facility to any Client if DCH, in its sole discretion, believes that such use would jeopardize the Facility. DCH further reserves the right to alter any arrangements in the planning phase or during the Event if the safety or security of the Facility or DCH's operations, are threatened. It is the sole and absolute discretion of DCH to decline a reservation should we deem the intended use as incompatible with our image.
C. DCH requires a $1000 nonrefundable reservation deposit to secure a date at the time of signing this Agreement. The balance of the Rental Fees determined in Section VII below and a separate payment of $500 security/damage/overtime deposit are due six (6) weeks prior to the Event. If there is no damage, no additional unpaid rental time, and all Rental Fees paid, DCH will refund the security deposit within 45 days of the Event. If there are any charges above the $500 security/damage/overtime deposit, an invoice will be sent for those additional charges.
D. If the DCH is forced to cancel your Event, due to Covid-19 restrictions put in place by the State of Delaware, the Client will receive a full refund of the deposit or the Client may choose to postpone their Event to a mutually agreed upon date. Postponement would not result in additional fees above costs outlined within this contract.
Reservations and Deposits. If you are booking far in advance, i.e., 6 months or more, we are flexible in in the amount of your initial deposit and subsequent payments. We do need to coordinate this early on, so there is no confusion. So please let us know of this need. We still must receive initial deposits within a week. • If we receive another request, and we have not received your deposit, we will give you first right, but we may cancel your reservation. • Final payment for accommodations is due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival will require full payment. • Upon receipt of final payment, a detailed planning guide including access documents will be provided to you. • Our condos and villas are truly our second homes, and not just the average rental. Therefore, we use a damage waiver policy for accidental damages. We purchase this for you and the unit, at a cost of $49, which is passed on to you. It: ▪ Is purchased at the time of booking, ▪ Insures you up to $1500 in accidental damages made to the property with no deductible, ▪ Damages must be reported before checkout to be covered, • As the damage waiver policy covers accidental damages, for first time guests, a hold of $300 (for condos) and $500 (for villas) is placed on a credit card of your choosing one day before your arrival. This hold is effective the same as when you rent a car. It is automatically removed 5 days after you check out. If there are intentional damages caused, the hold will remain while estimates or repairs are determined and made.
Reservations and Deposits. Deposits are non-refundable unless Purchaser provides a written notice of cancellation to Life Forest within 30 days from the Date of Reservation under the Purchaser’s Reservation Agreement. If Purchaser executes a Purchase Agreement within the specified 30-day period, the Reservation Deposit will be applied toward the Purchase under the Purchase Agreement.

a. There is a maximum advanced booking of three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from current date.
b. A signed rental agreement and rental deposit are required to reserve adate.
c. Event date is not confirmed until the Renter has received a copy of the signed rental Agreement and a receipt of deposits from The Texan.
d. The balance of the rental fee and the damage deposit are due sixty (60) days in advance of the rental date.
e. When booking a date within fifty-nine (59) days, the full amount of rental fee and damage deposit shall be due at the time of booking. If the remaining balance is not received at this time, the reservation shall be cancelled and made available for lease.
f. A damage deposit of $500 is required unless the event qualifies as a public use event. (See page 15.) The damage deposit shall be returned within thirty (30) days after the Renter’s event less any charges for damage, or other costs incurred by The Texan due to failure on Renter’s part to abide by the policies stated herein including alcohol and food policies. If any damage or theft occurs to The Texan’s property, the Renter shall be responsible for the entire amount even if it exceeds $500. (See Damage Deposit and Security Policies on page 8 and 9)

A signed rental agreement and 30% down payment are required to reserve a date. Renter Initials Date We accept cash, cheques, credit or debit. Down payments made for a reservation of a date are transferable to another date (if available). The balance of the rental ten (10) days in advance of the rental date. The damage deposit will be charged if damage, extra time charges not arranged in advance, or other costs incurred by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx’ Village due to failure on your part to abide by the policies stated herein. If any damage or theft occurs to our property, you will be responsible for the entire amount even if it exceeds $400. Renter Initials Date

A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to reserve a date. Your date is not confirmed until both parties have a signed copy of the rental contract and deposit paid in full. A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required to reserve a date. We accept cash or checks only – made payable to the Cincinnati Church of Xxxxxx – no credit cards. Deposits paid for a reservation of a date are transferable to another date (if available) within ten days of the date the reservation was made. After ten days, all deposits are subject to the cancellation policy. (See Cancellation Policy below). The balance of the rental is due one (1) month in advance of the rental date. The damage deposit will be returned within twenty-one (21) days after your event less any charges for damage, extra time charges not arranged in advance, or other costs incurred by the Cincinnati Church of Xxxxxx due to failure on your part to abide by the policies stated herein. If any damage or theft occurs to our property, you will be responsible for the entire amount for repair or replacement less damage deposit already paid.

e. When booking a date within Thirty (30) days, the full amount of rental fee and damage deposit shall be due at the time of booking. If the remaining balance is not received at this time, the reservation shall be cancelled and made available for lease.
f. Based on the Room rented, a damage deposit of $50-$500 is required. The damage deposit shall be returned within thirty (30) days after the Renter’s event unless any charges for damage, or other costs incurred by The Xxxx Center due to failure on Renter’s part to abide by the policies stated herein including alcohol and food policies. If any damage or theft occurs to The Xxxx Center’s property, the Renter shall be responsible for the entire amount even if it exceeds the damage deposit paid. (See Damage Deposit and Security Policies on page 9 and 10)
Reservations and Deposits. You have provided us with an “Estimate” of the type(s) and number(s) of Rented Items you require. Unless the account has been granted terms; the rented items will be reserved only upon receipt of 50% of the anticipated total Rent (the “Deposit”). If you cancel or reduce a Reservation, you will forfeit the Deposit unless we otherwise separately agree in our sole discretion. Payment in full of all remaining estimated rental charges (together with the Deposit, the “Prepayments”) will be due on the date set forth on page 1 (or if no date is specified, at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled delivery date). Deliveries will be scheduled only upon receipt of the final and full payment. Account terms must be paid in full in accordance to the agreed upon terms of the account. Delayed payments may be subject to interest fees, collection cost and/or removal of any discounts. Additional charges for loss or damage assessed on return of rental items shall be customer’s responsibility if not covered by or exceeds damage waiver. All returned checks shall incur an additional $35 processing fee.
Reservations and Deposits. A confirmed reservation is a reservation that is booked with a deposit and valid credit card on file. Reservations require a 50% deposit of the reservation total fee. Reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel a reservation with at least three (3) days’ notice prior to arrival date (including a "no-show") will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. If Owner decides to shorten Pet stay (prior to the original scheduled day of departure), Owner will be charged for the entire original length of reservation.
