Common use of Reservists Leave Clause in Contracts

Reservists Leave. A Graduate Assistant is entitled to Reservists Leave without pay in accordance with the Labour Standards Act, R.S.N.L 1990, cL-2, as amended from time to time. Such leaves will be granted without regard to the statutory 6-month service requirement. Graduate Assistants are entitled to a leave until the end of the appointment.
