Reservists Leave. 27.08 A Per Course Instructor is entitled to Reservists Leave without pay in accordance with the Labour Standards Act, R.S.N.L. 1990, cl-2, as amended from time to time. Such leaves will be granted without regard to the statutory 6-month service requirement. Per Course Instructors are entitled to a leave until the end of the appointment and shall accrue seniority during any such period of leave.
