If the parties cannot agree on the meeting process, the Union may move the grievance to Step 2 of the grievance procedure. For FWOG, with notice to the Chief or designee, one additional union xxxxxxx with knowledge relevant to the grievance may also participate in the conference, provided that the xxxxxxx does so while in an unpaid status.‌ Note: The Departments of Fish and Wildlife, Department of Corrections, Social and Health Services, Enterprise Services, Liquor and Cannabis Board and the Washington State Patrol will bypass Step 1.
