Common use of Rest and Meal Periods Clause in Contracts

Rest and Meal Periods. 14.03 Employees shall be entitled to a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration commencing on or about mid point of the first half of their shift, and shall be entitled to a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration, commencing on or about mid point of the second half of their shift.
