Rest Breaks. The Employer will provide each employee with a fifteen (15) minute paid rest break during the first four (4) hour period of the work day, and a second fifteen (15) minute paid rest break during the second four (4) hour period in the work day. The employee will remain within the area subject to immediate callback should the workload require it. The Union and the employees will work with the Employer to insure that rest breaks are not abused but are used within the time frames and for the purpose intended.
