Common use of Rest Periods and Meal Breaks Clause in Contracts

Rest Periods and Meal Breaks. All employees working shifts of more than five (5) to eight (8) hours are entitled to an unpaid meal break of thirty (30) minutes between the third (3rd) and fifth (5th) hour of work.
