Restricted Meal Period Activities. (a) Employees who are not permitted to leave their work unit during the meal period shall be paid at time and one-half for the duration of the meal period.

Restricted Meal Period Activities. (a) Employees who are not permitted to leave the work unit during their meal period shall receive thirty (30) minutes at the regular rate of pay for an eight (8) hour shift or forty-five (45) minutes pay at the regular rate for a twelve (12) hour shift.

  • Cease Activities Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Grant, Grantee must immediately cease all activities under this Grant, unless Agency expressly directs otherwise in such notice. Upon termination, Grantee must deliver to Agency all materials or other property that are or would be required to be provided to Agency under this Grant or that are needed to complete the Project activities that would have been performed by Grantee.
