Return of Defective Products. In circumstances where You consider that the product does not conform to the Contract at the time of delivery, You should promptly contact us via our web form with details of the product and its damage. Alternatively You can contact us by telephone at +0 000 000 0000 where You will receive instructions from us. You may return defective products according to the rules, set in clause 14.2 hereof. You must put into a parcel/submit to the store a fully completed Returns Form, cash-memo included within the parcel with the delivery of the product, copy of your passport ID, courier nakladnaya or transfer and acceptance act (original purchase), , fiscal ticket or bank transaction statement. The particular documents to be provided by You upon return among those mentioned in a) and b) above, will depend on the mean of payment used by You to pay your order and the place of delivery of your parcel. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify You of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 10 days of the day we confirmed to You via e-mail that You are entitled to a refund or replacement for the non conforming product. In case of existence of any defect, defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any reasonable costs incurred by You in returning the item. We will always refund any money using the method used to make payment, unless otherwise is stipulated in the legislation. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the regulations in force.
Return of Defective Products. OMP shall use reasonable commercial efforts to supply Distributor with Products manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices. In the event a Product is defective, OMP shall either, in its sole discretion, replace the Product or credit Distributor for the purchase price of the Product as reflected on Distributor’s paid invoice therefore, provided Distributor (a) has obtained OMP’s prior written consent to return the Product and (b) Distributor completes and returns with the Product the Product Complaint Form attached hereto as Exhibit D. OMP will pay transportation costs for return of such Product provided the Product was shipped to Distributor by OMP within ninety (90) days of the date Distributor obtains OMP’s approval to return the Product. The provisions of this Section 6.6 shall constitute Distributor’s sole and exclusive remedy with respect to defective Products.
Return of Defective Products. Upon notice from Buyer of a Product Defect, Seller shall issue a return authorization to Buyer within 48 hours of receipt of notice. A Defective Product may be returned directly by any Permitted Purchaser or by Buyer's distributors or retailers at Seller's expense. Seller shall accept returns even though the Product is no longer in its original point-of-sale packaging. Buyer agrees that each Defective Product is to be returned to Seller without its associated SIM. Buyer's distributors and retailers may return Defective Products for a period starting upon receipt of such Product and ending one (1) year after the last date the particular model of Product has been purchased and received by an End-User. Where Buyer elects to proceed under this Section 13.6.3, Seller shall issue an open credit memo to Buyer in the amount of the full invoice purchase price for all returned Products within thirty (30) days of return. Once repaired or replaced, the Products will be delivered with new invoices. This return policy shall continue to apply notwithstanding that Seller has discontinued the model of the Defective Products. *Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions.
Return of Defective Products. Developer shall be responsible for the proper disposal and/or recycling of any defective Product(s)/Deliverables that are returned to and not repaired by Developer.

Products that are to be returned for final inspection must be returned Freight Prepaid in the most economical way. Return of Defective Products. After contacting Lumight, if it is determined to be necessary, and the purchaser shall promptly return the product to Lumight at the purchaser’s expense. Product must be returned within 30 days of registering the complaint. Failure to follow this procedure voids this warranty.
Return of Defective Products. The Buyer may reject, within 15 days of actual receipt, any or all of a shipment of Products that fails to satisfy any warranty in this Supply Agreement. The Buyer’s exclusive remedy against Allergan for breach of warranty shall be the return and replacement, at Allergan’s expense, of all Products deemed by the parties to be in breach of warranty under this Supply Agreement. Replacement shall be made within 90 days after Allergan’s actual receipt of such defective Products from the Buyer. ALLERGAN SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCURRED UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE MANUFACTURE, PROMOTION, USE, SALE AND/OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PRODUCTS.
Return of Defective Products. If any Products furnished the Distributor are defective at the time of delivery, the Distributor's sole remedy shall be to return the defective Products to the Company only if a MegaHertz-NKO, Inc. Return Authorization Form is approved. The foregoing constitutes the Distributor's and Customers sole remedy with respect to initially defective Products. The Distributor shall have no right to reject all, or any part of, a shipment of Products furnished hereunder because any or all such Products may be initially defective. The Distributor shall accept all Products, even if initially defective, and be compensated solely through the Company's issuance of a written credit memorandum.

Subdistributor may return any products that are defective within sixty (60) days of delivery, and Distributor shall immediately replace all such defective products at Distributor's expense. SECTION SIX REPRESENTATIONS Distributor represents, covenants and warrants as follows:

In the event that any Product ---------------------------- purchased by SST from FMT fails to conform to the warranty set forth in Article 7 hereof, FMT's sole and exclusive liability and SST's exclusive remedy shall be, at FMT's sole election, to repair or replace the Product or credit SST's account for the net amount actually paid for any such Product, provided that (i) SST promptly notifies FMT in writing that such Product failed to conform and furnishes a detailed explanation of any alleged nonconformity and requests a return material authorization number; (ii) such Product is returned to FMT by SST D.D.P. (Incoterms 1990) FMT's facility in California, United States of America or such other location as FMT may designate, within [*] from the invoice date with the return material authorization number affixed prominently to the outside packaging, and (iii) FMT is satisfied that claimed nonconformities actually exist and were not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, unusual physical or electrical stress, improper installation, repair or improper testing. If such Product fails to so conform, FMT will reimburse SST for shipment charges for return of the nonconforming Product. No credit will be given for returns made by SST after thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
