Return to Full-Time Assignment. Upon completion of the reduced assignment, an Employee participating in this Plan shall be reinstated to the continuing or recurring full-time position held immediately prior to assuming the reduced assignment or to a comparable position at the same campus. If the position(s) held immediately prior to assuming the reduced assignment no longer exists, the Employee(s) shall be subject to the provisions of Article 26:
Return to Full-Time Assignment. Upon completion of the reduced instructional assignment, a Faculty Member participating in this Plan shall be reinstated to the continuing or recurring full-time position held immediately prior to assuming the reduced instructional assignment or to a comparable position at the same campus. If the position(s) held immediately prior to assuming the reduced instructional assignment no longer exists, the Faculty Member(s) shall be subject to the provisions of Article 26:
Return to Full-Time Assignment. 16.5.1 If a unit member on a regular contract is in a job-sharing assignment and elects to return after the first year to full-time counseling, or if the District revokes the job-sharing agreement, the unit member will be returned to his/her original school if a position is available for which the unit member is qualified.
16.5.2 If a unit member on a regular contract is in a job-sharing assignment for more than one (1) year and elects to return to full-time counseling, or if the District revokes the job-sharing agreement, the unit member will be assigned to the first available full-time counseling position for which the unit member is qualified.
16.5.3 If a job sharing unit member decides to end his/her job share agreement and return to a full-time position, or if the District revokes the job-sharing agreement, the other unit member must return full-time or resign his/her position.
Return to Full-Time Assignment. A Faculty Member who is participating in the pre-retirement program may elect to cancel his pre-retirement program and return to a full-time assignment. Such election, to be effective, must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the second semester of the Faculty Member's participation in the program, with the cancellation of the program to be effective as of the beginning of the following semester.
Return to Full-Time Assignment. If a qualified unit member is in a job-sharing assignment and elects to return to full time teaching, the unit member must notify the District, in writing, no later than March 1. The unit member will be returned to full time status for the next school year and will be assigned by the principal to a position for which she/he is certificated and qualified. Re-entry to a full time position from a shared assignment is limited to the beginning of the school year.
