Returning keys. Once the property is completely vacated, and emptied of all Tenants’ belongings, Tenant must send through USPS with Delivery Confirmation all keys with all garage door openers, if any and a notice of complete vacancy to the following address: Xxxxxx agrees to return any and all keys/card keys to the rental Property, garage, building, etc., and all garage door openers, if any, to Management or its agent by sending it in parcel through USPS with Delivery Confirmation. The postmarked date on the parcel will be considered the actual move out date. If Tenant fails to return all keys/key cards to the rental Property, garage, building, etc., and all garage door openers, if any, at the end of tenancy, Tenant will be charged as stated in point 57, page 13, plus for the cost to Management for changing the locks, bolts, and keys to the rental Property, garage and building common entry doors. Management reserves the right to use the Tenant’s Security Deposit to cover any such additional charge.

These may include rush jobs, multiple copies for the same set of plans, reprints, etc. Definition of terms: o Assignable space - is defined as offices, labs, classrooms, conference rooms, etc, available for assignment to an occupant or specific use. o Non- Assignable space - includes circulation areas, public toilets, elevator shafts, mechanical spaces, stairwells, lobbies, corridors, loading docks, housekeeping, Net/Com, unassigned storage, etc. o Gross Sq Ft. = Assignable + Non Assignable + Structure For questions contact the Work Control Center (WCC). Special Events Support Services provides assistance with special events to campus constituents. Equipment reservations and all other special event support requests should be completed on a Facilities Reservation Form and submitted to the Facilities Management Office for approval.

  • Returning from Leave Employees returning early from leave of absence must submit a request to return to work in writing. Provided further that in the event the Contractor receives no response from the Authority’s Engineer within a period of 3 (three) business days from the date on which the Contractor’s notice hereunder is delivered to the Authority’s Engineer, the Contractor shall be entitled to assume that the Authority’s Engineer would not undertake the said inspection.

Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file. Such rebuttals, other than grievances, shall be attached to the document and placed in the personnel file.
