Revisions to Preventive Maintenance Plan. ‌ (a) No later than 30 Days prior to the commencement of any calendar quarter, Concessionaire may submit to the FBR’s Representative a revision to the applicable Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan in which the relevant calendar quarter falls showing the effect of the proposed changes. If Concessionaire is entitled to proceed with such changes pursuant to Schedule AB (Operations & Maintenance Manual), then the Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan as so amended shall become the Preventive Maintenance Plan in respect of that calendar quarter. (b) Without limiting the comments that may be made pursuant to Schedule AB [0perations & Maintenance Manual] in relation to the submission of any Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan, FBR, acting reasonably, may comment "Reviewed as Noted" or "Rejected" on any revision to any Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan pursuant to this Section 16.6 on the grounds that: (i) performing the preventive maintenance in the period or at the (ii) the period for performing the preventive maintenance would (on the balance of probabilities) exceed the period reasonably required for the relevant work.

Revisions to Preventive Maintenance Plan. (a) No later than 30 days prior to the commencement of any calendar quarter, Project Co may submit to the IO Representative a revision to the applicable Preventive Maintenance Plan for the Contract Year in which the relevant calendar quarter falls showing the effect of the proposed changes. If Project Co is entitled to proceed with such changes pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure, then the Preventive Maintenance Plan as so amended shall become the Preventive Maintenance Plan in respect of that calendar quarter. (b) Without limiting the comments that may be made pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure in relation to the submission of any Preventive Maintenance Plan, IO, acting reasonably, may comment “Reviewed as Noted” or “Rejected” on any revision to any Preventive Maintenance Plan pursuant to this Section 26.2 on the grounds that: (i) performing the Preventive Maintenance in the period or at the times suggested would (on the balance of probabilities) materially interfere with the performance of the MCSCS Services and such material interference could be avoided or mitigated by Project Co rescheduling the Preventive Maintenance; (ii) performing the Preventive Maintenance in the period or at the times suggested would (on the balance of probabilities) materially adversely affect the safety of staff, Visitors or other users of the Facility and such material adverse effect could be avoided or mitigated by Project Co rescheduling the Preventive Maintenance, or (iii) the period for performing the Preventive Maintenance would (on the balance of probabilities) exceed the period reasonably required for the relevant work.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.
