The project team will develop a scope of work and incorporate the information into a Request for Proposal (RFP) based on size and design requirements created by the project team and XXXXX analysis. The City of San Diego’s Contracts and Purchasing Department would advertise the RFP for a period of 30 days. During the 30 day period the City would host a pre bid conference to provide information to potential bidders and to allow bidders to submit questions in writing to the City of San Diego Contract and Purchasing department for proposal clarification.
