Right to Shop Xxxxxxx. A Shop Xxxxxxx will be allowed reasonable time to attend meetings with the Company under the grievance procedure without loss of pay, after first obtaining permission from his or her supervisor. Only one Shop Xxxxxxx may attend to a particular grievance at Step 1.
